Many people that are bill collectors will call you and leave a nice message to pleases call them back at such and such number. The thing is that we know who we owe money to and when you get a phone call like this you think morgage, or law suit. Yet they woud normaly leave your name, a brief message and the number to contact them. This message left by this number say only his name (Mr. Dilbeck) and not that of my husband or my self, did not leave message about the company that he was calling from, he was very threatening, no please or thank you to call him back. My caller I.D said 800 SERVICE.( anyone can ask thier phone pervider to make thier number a 800 number)  Point is that if people can call you on the phone to get any little information out of you they will and they will use it against you. I always tell my husband not to give any information over the phone. There are other ways to get thier information and that does not mean over the phone. Pleease be carful!

Very same thing happen to me. I called it back & said. "How about saying who you are calling & you have never left a d..... message here before now.I hung up. I did not mean to cuss ,but I was mad after I listen to the man.

I have received this same voice mail message numerous times. Please ignore this message and/or report it to the proper authorities. Matters of any importance would arrive by US Post and possibly by registered mail not through a voice mail message.

Exact same thing. I thought it was about my college transcripts and freaked out beyond beliefe

I have gotten this ridiculous message once or twice before.

I just received the same type of phone call and of course was very concerned. It was very garbled and sounded like a Mr. Dalton.  I received an email a couple of weeks ago about an area code scam that would charge the returned call at least $2500.00 as it was a scam out of the Dominican Republic.  I wish now I had written them down, but do not intend to return this call.

It's 2pm on saturday. I answered my CELL to a pre recorded voice telling me their is a claim against me. I've ignored messages from them and he will be FORCED to take action against me.

I have no outstanding debt! Student Loans dont kick in for another year!
I have no idea what this is about but I'm hopping MAD!

No information is given, who they're representing, the message is hositile and threatening.
I dont even know what company this is.

I received a very nasty message from a Mr. Dilvack from this number. He indicated that his associates have left several messages, which they did not! He did not leave any information about what he was calling for , except that he would "proceed with the assessment process without me" if I did not call back. I know this is a scam because our house phone is only in use for are alarm system. The number being called has never been given out, ever!

Just received a call from this number and the same garbled  message and figured it must be a scam of some kind so I looked up the number here.  I won't be calling them.

'Adam' - you are full of it. I got this call this morning and it's totally bogus. NO legit business calls without having specifics and/or sending the information by mail. It is obviously a fishing expedition to get people's id info. What crap. I am reporting this number to the state. Please don't give them anything, call them back, nothing!!

I have received seceral phone calls from 877-591-7732... seems to be a different name left on my vm every time - if that is - you can understand the whole vm w/ out it cutting out or hearing other background noises... The most recent call was from a "Mr. Jones" - same kind of message left for me - "it's important that you contact me tonight by 6pm - we have made SEVERAL (his voice gets loud) attempts to contact you and you have ignored them all. If you do not contact us by this deadline tonight we are forced to move forward in this matter.... blah.. blah.. blah "   This number has even contacted my mother somehow... I am having this number blocked from my phone through my cell phone company and reporting it to the state of Ohio... I encourage everyone else who is having these problems to do the same!!

occasional calls to my cell phone, which is listed on the national no call list. i get calls all the time for the previous owner of the number--2 years ago. The so-called mr bilbeck who left me a message indicated he would move forward with his action on my case if I did not call his assistant back. I know which debts I have, I have money in the bank, and I don't understand this stupidity.

Just got the call.  I did call back since I couldn't understand the whole thing.  I guess I won't call again but wish I had checked first as I guess now they know they have a valid phone number.  Of course, they don't have anything more than that...I just wonder what they are trying to get by leaving a recorded message and not answering when you call back?

I received a calls from this number.  1-877-591-7732 in the last few days.   I finally answered the phone today, it's stupid recording about an important matter.   It was hard to hear.   I called the number back, I left them a nasty message back.  If it's important send their matter certified mail.   Otherwise, they are scammers

I just got it too. What a jerk, even through all the static. I was thinking, OMG what in the world?? I'm glad I Googled the number. I wouldn't have called back anyways.

I have been getting phone calls around Noon and 5pm every day for two weeks. Today I answered it and got the same RUDE person. I pay my bills on time. This has to be a scammer after us. I am not calling back. Actually, I DID call back once and when I did I heard touch tone numbers being punched. I was afraid I was getting call forwarded or something..I remember  a scam long ago where they used a person's number to make long distance calls. LORDY don't want that to happen. It is impossible to contact AT&T unless you are signing up for something. I'd never get the calls taken off! LOL...thank you for your postings. They make me feel MUCH better! Husband just had heart surgery and I was afraid I had missed something in the bills! God Bless you all.

Are any of you getting emails from Mr Mueller ?? I don't open them but they look like collection emails. I don't owe any money. they all need to put their energy into something worthwhile!

I just got this one. I know anything 877 is a scam right from the get-go, and the fact that he never says your name, you know it's total BS. But the tone in this guy's voice was so threatening, I had to come check it out online. This has to be illegal.

I also got this call and my heart fell to the floor he was rude and nasty and I want these crazy calls to stop I dont answer 1800 numbers b/c everytime I do they are looking for someone I have already told them does not live here does any one know a way to get all these 1800 numbers blocked completey? It would help me keep my phone ringing off the hook all day and night
