- danniI get these calls MULTIPLE time a day, EVERY day on our main phone line. I work for the department of corrections so I don't think it is a debt collector.. I answer and there is NEVER anyone on the other end.
- Art replies to LMAO| 2 repliesNo it is NOT A LEGITIMATE BUSINESS! They have rung our corporate number over 30 times. NOT ONCE HAS THERE BEEN ANYONE ON THE OTHER END!!!
- teenybopI have started getting multiple calls from this number. They never leave any message and after reading some of the comments above, I want to say I have never had an overdraft in my account. I do not have negative balance either. I would check on the bank website for messages there in my account before I would ever answer the phone. It is not a number for wells fargo. I checked pretty thoroughly on their site.
- KimRing hang up ring hang up. There is never anyone there!!!! 6-7 times a day
- Lil MamaFArgo starts calling before 8am & doesn't stop until after 8pm. I've told them to close My account & I will try to repay what I owe. After that all they did was hang up once I answered.
- Caller: Wells Fargo Bank
- Call type: Debt collector
- anonymous in MI| 1 replyWells Fargo is a one of those banks that stays in your pocket. Debited my account $100 when there was no money in there - they can kiss my [***] for the money. This is nothing but bank fees. I refuse to pay them for racking up fees. Not a DEBT just a money grubbing bank that was BAILED out.
- Caller: Wells Fargo
- Call type: Debt collector
- CocoaConnie replies to LMAO| 7 repliesHad an account with Wells Fargo for years. They were letting businesses take monies out of my account without my permission. Then my account would be in a negative balance. Went to Wells Fargo on numerous occasions and told them not to let businesses access my account. They continued to let them access my account and would charge me late fees which ended up being over $1100 in fees. I refused to pay this. Eventually they closed my account. You added me to Chexsystems. Wells Fargo can kiss my ass!!!!
- nobody[***] wells fargo and the [***] government
- Rodney baysPlease stop calling my numbers they are for work and I could lose jobs over the phone ringing constantly. You can reach by email or mail other than do not call.

- JeepersI get calls several times a day on my relatively new cell phone from this number. I finally answered it, and got a recording saying, "Please hold for an important message.", followed by music. I waited quite a while, but no one ever picked up, and I realized I was eating up my cell minutes for nothing, so I hung up! They've already called 3 times today. It's bad enough I have to pay for their constant calls, and have no way to block them, I'm not going to sit on hold for... who knows what reason for 30 minutes or more! I finally looked up the number and discovered it is Wells Fargo's overdraft department. don't even HAVE a Well's Fargo account, and never did!
These [***] need to stop with the calls, or at least have the decency to have a person to speak with when we answer the phone!
I truly wish there was a way to prevent these vultures from calling my cell or to stop being CHARGED for these calls (not to mention the spam/phishing jerks who text my cell at least once or twice a week). It's expensive, and not fair.- Caller: Wells Fargo (or so I'm told)
- Court| 2 repliesIt is Wells Fargo, but not overdraft protection. They called me because they closed my account due to a negative balance and while I still had direct deposit from one job going in there every two weeks. Then they wanted to know when I could pay the remaining balance. I outright said, Not gonna happen, it's your own fault for closing an account that still had money going into it. and hung up on the gal.
- Caller: Wells Fargo
- Call type: Debt collector
- Tamianth replies to CourtI recommend filing complaints with the FTC & CFB..

http://www.consumerfinance.gov/complaint/ - privateThey called me at least over 60 times over past month and its for someone else and I clicked that it was wrong person but they still keep calling and leaving 40 voicemails
- Caller: wells Fargo
- jayI have never had an account with Wells Fargo so I don't know why they r calling me, I answer the phone and they hang up, probably get 3 to 4 calls a day from this number
- AnonymousI get these calls at least 5 times a day. I finally added them to my contact list and chose "add to reject list" "equivalent of "send directly to voicemail". Since they never leave a message, I never am bothered by them. Btw, I am a current customer and NOT overdrawn so I don't know why I'm getting called.
- Pissedthehelloff replies to LMAOIf you don't know a person's situation then you need to shut the hell up!
- AnonymousThey call me day and night and even on the weekends. They claim to be "Wells Fargo" but when I finally spoke to representative she asked for full social. Yeah right! They're scammers!!!
- Caller: Claims to be Wells Fargo
