Recieved a call this afternoon from this unknown caller. I believe it is some 2 bit phone company trying to sell crap.

This is the best idea for battling telemarketers ever, why didn't i think of this?

I keep getting calls from this number. I usually don't answer, but after the 6th or 7th time they called, I was curious. So I answered.....and once I realized it was a solicitation call, I asked them to take me off their call list.....since then (that was 2 weeks ago), I have rec'd 2 or 3 more calls. One was on Father's Day ....morons!

They keep calling me?  What is a person to do?  I have a history with them calling.  It's usually between 3:00 - 4:00 PM.  Very Sickning!!!

I'm having this problem too, but now that I know what it is I'm going to fully ignore it. Thanks everyone.

They say that you qualify for an auto loan!  I'm on the do not call list
and I have received 4 calls from this number

I have received 4 calls from this number..I picked up once and the offer was a qualification for an auto loan..I am on the Do Not Call list..I want them fined for this violation

if it is sprint, why do they say you can qualify for a new auto loan?! i get this call once a day every week day around lunch.. im leaving sprint asap!!

I'm glad that I checked this website because I have a missed call from this number.  Apparently I was one of the lucky ones.  My number is also listed on the Do Not Call Registry.

Yeah they are bugging me lately too.  It's a firm in india working for sprint.  They call A LOT when my bill is a little late, and occasionally to sell me crap I can't afford.

Next time they call, answer, threaten to cancel your sprint service right then and there if they do not stop. Get the person's name, office location and ID number and tell them that you will report it to the FCC as harassment as well.

I haven't gotten any calls from this number in months and months after doing that.

I get frequent calls from this number around 6:00 PM. They ask for my name and then hang up. Really irritating.

Someone from this number (877-671-1851) has been calling me constantly over the last week. The calls are usually between 12:00pm and 3:00pm CST. I am on the national do not call list so this number is bypassing that.

I'm job hunting... everytime my cell phone rings and I see a number with area code on it I get excited... decided to query the internet as to who is calling me... 877-671-1851... saw all these wonderfully positive postings... alas no job query... just more cell phone garbage... guess my efforts with the no call list are to no avail.. think this is bad... I was on Sprint's Military Plan... we were overseas for three years... supposed to keep my account in limbo until we moved back to the States... there are not supposed to be charges, but was taxed via New York State... kept having to call Sprint to have numerous charges and bills reversed... Sprint just doesn't get it...
Will leave Sprint when contract runs out... do you hear that Mr. Sprint CEO ?

If you are a Sprint customer, you can call 800-865-7786 to opt-out from these types of calls. Hopefully doing so will make them stop!

got this call at 3pm 7/30/08. it sounded like either a really worn out recording or a room full of people hub-bubbing. said "hello?" twice but could not distinguish if anyone was even talking to me.

Yep, they assure you they are employees, not contractors or other third parties but want to know how long you have had your curent phone. I tell them to look it up and they say you are eligible for a free upgrade to any phone with a 3 year contract.  Ask again and its a 2 year contract.  Ask if they are calling from India and they advise they are in Arizona.  The opt out number above is the real deal.
