877-671-1851 called my Sprint Phone at a time when I didn't have free minutes.     I do not answer 800 numbers on my land line or cell phone ever.

I have a quick solution for you. It really depends on the kind of phone you have, but a lot of phones these days allow for different ringtones for individual contacts. If your phone allows you to do this you could simply add them to your 'contacts' and set them to have no ring, or vibrate. That way your phone would ring for your relatives but stay silent for Sprint.

You can tell them to remove from their call list and threaten you have the right to cancel their service.

opting out does nothing.  i opted out last week.  guess who called today?

Don't bother calling them back (Sprint), I tried that and they still call. spend your $$$ else where.

lol that is so funny... the people that call you... Do you think that they want to!!! NOT!!! they are just trying to make a living... dont threaten... be nice and just ask them not to call you...

They have called my house and now my cell phone. I know 877 is not an area code so I won't answer.

I don't get calls from this number (Sprint) constantly, but occasionally.  I believe, if I can recall, calls from them started shortly after the spending limit on my account was removed.  With the spending limit you can't add additionally lines, to my knowledge you couldn't.  If I want to add additional lines I WILL call Sprint personally or go to a Sprint store, not have f***ing sales calls to my phone.  It doesn't waste my minutes as I have unlimited incoming minutes.  But its quite annoying.  I don't answer toll-free numbers unless I know its a company I'm expecting to return my call that I initiated the contact FIRST.

I called it back to see and I was Sprint advertizing. Specifically the lady called them "Sprint together with Nextel." I got an automated message about some "great promotions" and then hung up. Another number from them that's called me with the same mission is 866-463-3018.

calls from 877 671-1851 to take a phone survey from Sprint.  I am working and can't answer it during daytime or take time for a survey.

Over the past two weeks several times aday this number has appeared on my Sprint/Nextel phone. Who is this and why dont' they leave a message!

Received a call from 1-877-671-1851 at 3:30 pm...they tried to sell some additional service. Ugh!

no answer.  calls almost every day

My phone is the main phone on the account.  Now they are calling my husband's cell phone and don't leave any type of message.  We are on the National do not call registry for our home phone and our cell phones.

They left a 30 second voicemail of office background noise for me.  I really need to switch providers.
