- Not Sam SaccoI should add to the previous post that I also was the victim of police conducting an illegal, unsanctioned harassment campaign in person as well.
I used to get stalked by a Bellevue, NE, police officer(s) who would never leave their patrol car.
I am six miles outside the jurisdiction of the Bellevue, Nebraska, PD and have no business with them whatsoever other than to be nearly beaten to death by an Italian who is related to Joseph Sacco who is a detective in the Bellevue, NE, PD.
Sacco, aka the Sacco Crime Family, in a small department managed by Mafioso.
I never saw the officer(s), personally, but it was hard to mistake his/her/their police cruiser.
When they showed up outside my home after I got off the telephone to a friend of mine who was always in trouble with the law (he's now dead) and parked across my driveway at 3:00 AM a few years back, I had had enough of these telephone spies and harassment by the uniformed.
So just after the Bellevue, Nebraska, PD, left his position parked across my driveway that night, I telephone my buddy and left a message on his voice mail, since he no longer was answering the telephone.
I told him the Bellevue Police had just stopped by and an officer told me that if we paid him $10,000.00 in cash by tomorrow, he told me he wouldn't arrest us. I added that I had no idea why he would arrest us in the first place and didn't mention it.
What I did know was that the cop was breaking the law and by doing so opened himself up to all sorts of trouble. Trouble like the message I left on the voice mail of the cell phone of my buddy.
That was about five years ago and I never had any problems from the Bellevue, Nebraska, Police Department again.
I guess the crooked police goons shouldn't phuck with someone who once worked for the US military at Stratcom in the underground as a counter espionage contractor and so impressed the USAF in my work, they nearly awarded me the Medal of Freedom?
My point is, there is ALWAYS a way to skin a cat.
Good luck with these harassing telephone calls.- Caller: Appella, Appellas, ????
- Real AmericanOh, and one more thing. If all else fails, you can act like a paranoid-schizophrenic. If you're convincing enough, the oppressors and evildoers and bill collectors and agents of the illegal State will really leave you alone. Well, it works for me anyway.
Good luck to you.- Caller: Appella, Appellas, ????

- Chad BurnsApellus is a debt collection agency working for US Bank, maybe others.
They are part of a multi state money laundering and loan shark operation involving US Bank in Minnesota.
US Bank creates hundreds of dollars (thousands?) in fees, penalties, and overdraft charges against their customers with Debit Cards.
US Bank intentionally runs of the fees against their customers they do not expect to pay them to have a tax write off against their profits.
US Bank then writes off the debts as a loss on their taxes and turns it over to Apellus to have them collect the debts despite already being declared a loss against their profits on their tax filings.
Apellus then harasses the now former US Bank debit card holders to collect as much of the debt as possible.
Since the debts are not legitimate in the first place, it's extortion and racketeering being committed by Apellus.
Apellus could care less the debts they are collecting are not legitimate. They are using the perceived legitimacy of US Bank or other banks to extort money from the bank's former debit card holders.
US Bank, in turn, commits bank and tax fruad in having debts they already have charged off and received tax deductions from collected upon.
To further make the Apellus / US Bank (or other) arrangement illegal, Congress passed a law this spring making all Debit Card overdraft charges illegal unless the bank issuing the debit card informed its card holders in writing that the balances on debit cards can go negative, rather than stop at zero as many believe.
Without a signed document from the banking institution clearly stating the new rules passed by Congress this spring, NONE OF THE DEBIT CARD OVERDRAFTS AND FEES APELLUS IS ATTEMPTING TO COLLECT PRIOR ARE LEGITIMATE.
The law passed by Congress went into effect just recently.
Any debit card overdraft fees and penalties assessed by ANY bank in America prior are now void.
If Apellus has contacted you to collect debit card penalties and fees for US Bank, they all occurred prior to the law being enacted.
That means the banks could have never have notified you of your rights and the new rules for the debts they are trying to collect.
The new law is retroactive as well.
Which means all debit card overdraft fees and charges prior to the passing of the new law are now void.
Hence, Apellus is trying to collect debts for US Bank and others that are no longer owed.
That makes Apellus part of a criminal conspiracy to collect US Bank's debts which the law forgave.
That's the way it is.
It's much like a creditor trying to collect a debt from you AFTER that debt was forgiven in bankruptcy.
It's illegal as Hell.
In the bankruptcy scenario, should a creditor contact you to collect a debt owed them which was forgiven in bankruptcy, THE CREDITOR owes you three times the debt in penalties for doing so.
For example, if you owed US Bank $100 and were granted bankruptcy protection for that debt and all others, and US Bank or their agents contact you to collect that $100 afterward, the courts allow you to sue US Bank and their agents for $300 in damages.
That's the law.
Whether the triple damage penalty applies to US Bank, other banks, and their agents for trying to collect Debit Card overdraft fees forgiven by Congress with this new law is not clear.
But it is possible.
The point will more than likely be argued in a courtroom, soon, with so many people still having collection agencies hired by US Bank and/or other banks trying to collect Debit Card overdraft charges that were forgiven by law a few months ago.- Caller: Apellus

- MarcRecently moved and picked up a new cell phone number. Kept receiving odd calls from this number and finally used a land line to call back so as not to waste minutes.
I was put on hold (no surprise) and when they finally picked up they asked for the phone number they called which I provided. They asked if this was "NAME" and I said no, my name is Marc and I recently moved and picked up this cell phone number. They apologized and said thank you for not being rude or condescending. They are making a note that my number is no longer "NAME's" number and they told me to have a nice weekend.
Be patient, calm, and explain the situation and maybe you can resolve your situation too.- Caller: Apellus

- AnonymousApelles is the strong-arm collection arm of the thieves known as US Bank, which the Obama administration has "given" the majority of "small bank failures" to. They are rude, dishonest, and harrassing. I made arrangements with US Bank on the exact same account and still Appelles calls and harrasses. They said that they had red flagged my SSN and reported me to ChexSystems so that I could not have a bank account with anyone. I informed them that the account they were trying to collect on was closed and did not have the balance they were trying to collect and that US Bank had given me the exact same bank account number when I settled with them. Also, I informed them that I had left US Bank for "the stagecoach" bank when US Bank took over my wonderful bank in California as they had so totally messed up the three different accounts I held. They informed me that I was "yelling" at them and was being recorded and I told them that was just fine with me because I was as unhappy with them. I asked them to send me "proof" that this debt was owed and they said they would. This contact happened a month ago - Nothing in the mail yet. Two days ago their harrassment calls began again.
