US Bank is the worst bank I have ever dealt with! They have these people calling me 24/7 for a debt they caused all fee's because their ASM was a dick!

always hanging up. uneducated personel. indifferent.

I added their number to my blocked list. This stems form US Bank wrongly paying paypal $45 that wasn't in my account and then charging me over $800 in fees in 4 months. I offered to pay the $45 but refused to pay fees for something that should have never happened. The collection agency can go to hell as I owe nothing. US Bank is the worse institution in the country an NEVER use Paypal and give them a bank account number to tie to. I am on the banking blacklist for 7 years but I already have 2 accounts at other banks that I use on a regular basis so they can't hurt me...

the truth is do not let this type of trash so called company get in your head.

Their dirty tactics are designed specifically to try and frustrate you.  Just don't even bother answering them because it must eat them alive knowing they aren't getting a response as they work as slaves to the corrupt bosses they work for that rob them of any decent working wage.  Remember that although let's just say the are legally legit.......they still harass consumers and nobody pays debts of anyhow.....just look at our economy......don't let their desperation get to you.  


in fact if you are so angry and don't like these guys.....next time you get on the phone and want to just vent.....just laugh on the phone when the start talking and keep doing so and laugh over them.....do it nonstop until they hang up....just turn the tables on them

I forgot to mention also...

these collectors have ways to use other numbers and will try and call friends/relatives/immediate family members.  they are so desperate and pathetic and angry, bitter scumbags that they will go to all lengths to collect

YOU gave paypal your acct info. YOU spent money YOU did not have, but some how it's US Bank's fault? Why is that? And this company who is asking you to pay the money and penalties you incurred back are bad people because?

24/7? you should sue them as they are only allowed to call between 8am and 9 pm!

What a good plan. They will just hang up on you and call you tomarrow. It's better to try and talk to them and try to work something out. They have the proof that you owe, they wouldn't call otherwise. The longer you push them and the more games you play the less willing to work with you they will get.

These rotten [***] call my business everyday for someone who has been gone for over one year!  You tell them repeatedly and they just keep calling!  Appelis collects for US BANK, based on that alone, I won't bank with them!

They keep calling my business number and asking for a "Brian Hachenbach (sp)"  I have returned the calls and nine times in a polite way, asked to be removed from their call list. This last time, I lost it and simply screamed loudly into the phone and explained that it must be annoying as hell to get a call they don't want.
This "Brian" does not, has not, will not, ever work here, and i've never heard his name before in ANY context.
If they call again, I'm starting a computer calling campaign that should tie up their lines and annoy the hell out of them.

These people have been calling me repeatedly nonstop for a couple months looking for someone I've never heard of. When I tell them they have the wrong number, they get rude, nasty, and aggressive. Sometimes I'll answer the phone only to hear very personal conversations happening, and the person on the phone isn't even aware that I'm there. By the time they do realize it, they just hang up on me. It's frustrating, annoying, and no way to do business.

i have no debts. i don't pay anything.
i just graduated from high school, and bought a car, but i am under my dads insurance.
and i know for a a fact that i have  NO DEBTS and that nothing is stolen. i know because i have to go the bank twice a week to deposit cash/change, from my waitress job.

so i keep a balance, and watch my account all the time.

there was no reason for them to call my  phone, not to mention they didn't even leave a message either.

they keep asking me for a mary kresky.
i call them back and they do the same thing as well. get mean or hang up.
