- Brent PThe call is from Sears Home Services. I called the number to verify where it came from. They're probably trying to sell furnace cleaning, carpet cleaning, etc.

- Brian replies to PaulReplied to the number today and it is Sears. I bought 7 kitchen appliances for myself and daughter a year ago and on some added the extended warranty, but not all. Helpful info in the threads that the calls are to sell more extended warranties. Will let them ring through.
- Normand J RichardDo not call me again please
- tamSears or not... They asked for extended warranty on my vacuum and I said I don't have it anymore. Then they asked what about my washer dryer or fridge. Ok, so they are fishinh for info because I have NEVER bought an appliance from Sears so clearly they have my number but fishing to find out what they can add extended warranty to. And they don't stop calling. No more purchases from sears here on out.
- Caller: Sears Apparently
- SidewallGetting these calls daily. If it is Sears trying to upsell extended warranty how come they don't know I purchased it at the time of the purchase. Also there was no metion of having to buy more to get the money back for the warranty, just the promise of the money. I'll see what happens, always had good luck with Sears appliances. Still not going to answer that number without a name attached to it.
- Caller: ?
- LPIf this is from Sears? I've already said that I wasn't interested! They have been phoning everyday for the last week, leaving no message!
- Caller: Not sure
- CountrygalThis number calls in the evening... we never answer because we don't recognize it and they don't talk to our answering machine. Can't think of a solitary thing we bought from sears that would be warranted! We did return a snow blower that didn't come with all the parts .... and they didn't provide them before it snowed in our area. otherwise no purchases that would have any warranty! Countrygal
- Caller: Sears?
- ksIt was Sears Canada trying to extend a warranty......
But, Sear-iously ..... 6 days in a row... same time..., no message left.... I did't expect that kind of harassment from that company.- Caller: Sears Ca

- Teresa replies to PaulI called back on that no, & it was Sears. I was talking to an agent there & told them my problem. He said he would take my phone no. off the dialler. We shall see.
- Harassed by SearsI have asked to be removed from their call list. Immediately, after my verbal request on the phone, the person called back. If this is not harassment, I do not know what is. Perhaps we should all band together and get a lawyer to go after Sears Canada for harassment. I see there are many, many complaints about them. If they will not listen to us, maybe they will listen to a court.
It is not their collections, because we do not owe them any money. We paid everything off long time ago. So there is no reason for these harassing calls to come.
We have not, and will not, ever shop at Sears ever again. A person, I know, ordered a toy for her grandson's Christmas present on December 6, 2016. It was originally to be delivered on December 12, 2016. However, it never did show up. They gave her the run-around when she called, or emailed, to inquire about it. They had no difficulty charging her credit card for the item though she did not receive the item. Nor did they have difficulty asking her to review her order for others to know how the product rated. She never received it! How could she rate it? They finally sent her an email, in mid March 2017 stating the item was not in stock, and they were sorry. They did reverse the charges on her credit card for the item. It took from December 6, 2016 to mid March 2017 to figure out the item was not in stock?
By the way, she contacted the head office, and they did not respond to her issue, either. I guess what comes from the top down, it truth. No concern for customers, or even their staff. Good business is a reflection of the superiors in a company. Dodging issues shows lack of leadership.
But, they still have the nerve to harass all of the people they ever did business with online, or in person. What a joke! NOT!!!- Caller: SEARS
