I get a call from these guys everyday - no one on the other end of the line and I can't call them back. I just had warranty work done on my SEARS Central vac - then this started...

Seriously these guys are annoying.

On Wednesday 20 just before 3:00 PM, I got a call from the free toll service number 877-889-2024. The call was someone representing Sears Canada Warranties calling to ask if I wanted an extended warranty on the TV set I had purchased to Sears about one year ago.
I just told the caller that I don’t need warranties extensions since I already have paid too much for the TV set. The guy understood, thanked me for my time and hanged out. That was all.

Yes, it is Sears.  The caller knew we had recent repairs to our treadmill ( bought at Sears) and was offering extended warrenty. ( which I turned down)
I had been ignoring theses calls, and they never left a message, but today I finally picked up.
My annoyance is that this marketing company, ( on behalf of Sears) has been calling up to 4 times a day, at all hours, including weekends). Shame on Sears.
I will lot be buying any new electrical equipment or appliances from Sears based on the relentless telephone calls.

Stop calling

they call me but they don't answer when you take the call. and that happens 2 to 3 times a day

This number 1-877-889-2024 called me twice just now I have no idea how it got my number or whatever but it's really annoying does anyone know what it is

I don't answer unknown numbers and this number never leaves a message. If it's Sears or not, the bottom line is whoever it is should leave a message or I'm blocking your number. Your call is obviously not that important if you aren't going to leave any information about why you're calling.

Any information given over a phone...to who ever it may be... you are a two brain celled fool . ask them for your secure pass word and listen for the hang up.

(I spoke to these people, I did not give my name nor my purchase history, only my phone#). Dude they all ready called you!!................................^&^....You know when you know it's a scam...when they call you and you never got anything from them....on top of that they call your cell phone...it's bad when the scammers are scamming the note sites.

Yes, I'd say it is harassment and breach of privacy.  I bought a vacuum a couple of weeks ago ( cash and carry).  Salesperson said he needed my name, address, phone number for the bill and any future warranty claim. Big mistake. So far I've received two pieces of mail and about 5 phone calls trying to upsell me.

Don't call!

Instead of just whining do 2 things as I have
1. Since they are on the doorstep of going broke simply stop doing all business with them, they
   can't call if they don't exist
2. Most phones have a block call feature so just list this number and it will be blocked

I have been thinking that I might go to Sears as I'm dryer shopping, but I didn't know they were so good that they read minds now. lol.

Just got one today, can confirm just bought a dishwasher from Sears Canada 3 weeks ago.
When I picked up there was no answer, seemed like an automated dialer where there is a short delay before the person on the other end will get connected.

I get call from 18778892024 every day, it's so annoying.

I've been getting called from this number for a week, they don't ever leave a message. I don't think this is legitimately sears since I have never bought anything from them or given them my phone number.
