they call themselves Sonton air consumer usa. when I looked them up with BBB they didn't exsist. and when I got ahold of them they wouldn't take a payment over the phone and it could only be a money gramn. And for some reason my payment went up from when I signed the papers. my mom is a co signer and they didn't even what her phone number..I told them that my payment wasn't what they said and I was going to talk to the dealership and have it re-written and the guy said that would take awhile and I would be more behind on my payments. And I asked them for a payment book and papers for my loan and they said that they don't send out payment books. I really don't feel comfortable sending money to people I am not familiar with esp. when there is such poor reviews. I'm glad I read the reviews. I suggest that everyone get their car refinanced with a bank with better reviews.

They called me; and TrueCaller showed that it was this # and from Satander.  The woman then told me they were calling me as a reference from some person I never heard of.  I think they just wanted to validate that my number was "live" and that someone was picking up so they used a false pretense to make that check.

We have no car payments and haven't bought a car in a while.  There is no good reason for them to call.

I called the number back and it said that it was Santander financial USA, that I had missed car payments.

It is Santander Consumer USA not Drive Financial.

I just called them back and got a recording. It did give me the option that if i don't have an account with them and want my number removed from their system to press 2 which i did and entered my number. It said it would be removed within 24-48 hrs..so we will see.

Second telephone call answered from this group looking for someone with a VERY different name from mine. First time I asked them to never call me again and that person has it least not had this phone number within the past 9 years - they agreed to take my phone number off their list.  Low and behold they call me again today!  I also receive text messages weekly from a number "95368" cannot figure for sure if it is the dame but they are addressing the same incorrect first name.

Do not call my number looking for Mike or Debra prater anymore. I don't have a relationship with them and they're financial matters are not my concern. I have filed a complaint with local law enforcement. Your company has fished my phone number and is harassing my family over someone else's financial matters. I spoke with Rachel over a week ago and she lied to me about removing my number. I don't know where they're at so don't call  and I don't have contact with them. If these calls proceed I will file charges for harassment as Mike and Debra do not have my phone number  and you fished it by paying for a background check to see who they're related to and get personal information . You will not be warned again!

Called two days in a row, but I don't answer 888 numbers. No message left. No idea why a car loan company calls me. Car's been paid off 5 years. Can't think of anyone who would use me as a reference. I'm just gonna block them.

I got a call from these ppl. Wanting money from serria Martin. I know this [***]. How this [***] ,whom is out on federal parole,got a credit line for a car is beyond me. If this scamming piece of [***] thinks I'm gonna pay for its car it has another thing coming. The sooner this drug abusing thief dies the sooner this world will be a better place.
How they got MY number is beyond me.

This number called stating they were calling in regards to a Chris who had put me down as a reference, i have never in my life heard of this person before

This is not a bill collector.  It is a loan/financial company.

They call me daily, sometimes twice daily and never say anything
