This is a fraud call! They ask you to verify charges on your acct/debit card and want you to confirm that they are your charges. I knew it was a scam because my bank would never call me to ask questions, they would simply put a stop on the card, requiring me to call them.

I did receive a call from this number and then an email stating my debit card had been flagged for fraud. I called my bank directly and they verified it was a legit fraud. Someone had tried to charge over $4000 on an Apple website.

EDIT: My bank verified it was a legit number calling about my fraud alert.

This is a sophisticated SCAM/FRAUD number!   Received text looking official of a fuel charge and whether this was authorized.  I responded NO and received another message that my card is blocked and please call this number.   I waited a couple of days then called - the automated message sounded legit enough but it did not mention my credit union explicitly.  I thought that was odd so I hung up and called my credit union who said we've had no fraud reports on your account and your card is not blocked.

This is clearly a sophisticated scam intended to get you to provide account details.  If you get an official looking text with this number, first check with your bank.
