They have called my home, work, and cell for the past several days.  Claiming that they may possibly garnish my wages if I don't press "O" and talk to an "experienced" account representative.  They call with a caller ID of 888-742-0615 or 88888888888 v. 88888888888 they never leave with a name.  This goes on for a while and then will stop for a few weeks and start up again with new phone numbers, but same message.

Did anything ever come of this?

these people have too much of my info.. and the thing is I didint do a pay loan, they even have my bank information. what is the deal with this, I need them to stop calling me, hell i have better things to do than answer calls about something that has nothing to do with me, i have 3 kids and they are disturbing my quality time.

Scare scam...Extortion by telephone. They call about an alleged outstanding debt from 5-7-10 years ago & threaten you into submission & paying them over the phone. The goal is to get a payment over the phone within 5-10 minutes. As soon as you start asking too many questions, then the whole scam falls apart.....Don't submit!!!

Scam phone number. Trying to collect debit on something I have never had before. Told them to contact my lawyer and quit calling me, they continue to harass my phone and my grandmothers phone.

They have been calling for 1 1/2 years for a man that has never lived here and I don't know.  I asked for the lady's name ( Crystal) and then asked for the address.  She then told me that she will take my name off of the call list.  Well..... they told me that almost 2 years ago.  Now its time to look into legal action.  $$$$$ payday

Calls from this number several times a day and when I call back, they hang up.

I keep getting calls asking for Jimmy Villa????,  and I've told the caller no one by that name lives here. I asked the caller what this call is in
relation to and they hang up. When they leave a message on my on my answer machine and I'm not home to take the call, they leave a message stating that I should call the above mentioned number. When I do,  the number they provided is no longer in service.

I don't know the name of the caller or company they represent.

Total scam. I got calls from 414-529-0856 telling me to call 888-297-4190 and/or 888-286-5462. The 414 number belongs to a CPA in Franklin, WI. For the fun of it, I called the 414 number & asked for the CPA & I called both 888 numbers told them they were frauds & filed complaints with all appropriate agencies, including local police. The office I spoke to said she even gets calls from these kinds of scammers. She blocks them.

Receiving numerous calls from this number, same complaint as others I see on this website. Pay day loan from 2012, they cannot tell me the name of the company the loan was supposedly through, they have the last 4 digits of my SS#, which is disturbing. I would not give them any information and told them to stop calling. They are now calling from 503-305-3927.

I keep getting robo calls from 240-207-4727 which tells me to call 888-286-5462 with a claim number. They claim I owe on a payday loan from 2011 which I never took out. I told the representative on the phone to take me to court and I would be happy to prove them wrong. Of course I haven't received any legal paperwork and they keep calling my phone. These people are scammers.

They have been calling me too from 415-329-0383. I called and of course, when questioned, they hung up on me.

I too get calls from scams on pay day loans.  They seem to stop for a while and then start back up.  The newest is this one that comes up on my cell as a local number but to call 1-888-286-5462.  The last time they said the loan was from 2007.  They did have the last four of my social, and they THOUGHT they had my bank info.  Funny thing is, the bank information they had was a bank account closed in early 2006 after my divorce.  So right there knew it was a big scam.  I just block them now.  I wish there was something to do about these idiots because they have my husband's number now, and while they say the loan is from 2007, I met my husband in 2009.  They have to be collecting information from somewhere, so whomever is selling information to these scums...shame on them!

claim I have unpaid loan but will not provide documentation and hung up when I asked for a supervisor.
