Well that's funny.. Because they told me the same thing. I was very concerned and the man told me he would email me the suit and I have not received that. I told him it had to be fradulant and he said no problem. Make a police report about identity theft and they will drop the suit. I asked him for a fax number or an email where I could send the report to them and he said to call him back at 888-286-5462 and he would go over that with me then. I even got a case number.....

I forgot to mention the number "Bill Fox" called from was 817-438-7983
