I ASKED THE CALLER IF HE COULD GIVE ME THE NUMBER OF ANY FEDERAL AGENCY THAT USES THEIR SERVICE TO FIND BIDDERS AND HE COULD NOT.  I ASKED FOR A LIST OF SATISFIED REFERENCES TO CALL AND HE SAID HE WILL FAX IT TO US.

The alternative number to this agency is 1(888) 408-6759.  We recieved a call from them and I found the nature of it unusual.  They wanted $650.00/year and that was just to be "listed', no gaurantees of income at all and they refused to tell me how many government agencies were even within 100 miles, they couldnt even pull out a guesstimate value of what would be in it for me.  Sounds to me like id be out $650.00/ year and only MAYBE make a couple hundred bucks.  Thats assuming it is even legit.  Even if it is legit, still doesnt seem like a good deal if your from a small area.  Maybe if your in Washington or something, but not in the midwest were on average there are 10 people/per square mile.

I just received a call as well asking to speak to the owner.  This is a family owned business so I simply said that she was not available.  When asking in what it was in regards to.  She stated she was with the FPA.  I ask what the initials stood for and she said FPA was fine and it was in regards to doing business with the Federal Government locally.  So my question to you is how is this NOT misleading?  The clause at the bottom of the website is a brief paragraph pertain to government responsibility.  So now my question is how is that NOT misleading.    I have to give them credit, they use technical terms that may bully and mislead others.  Unfortunately my family is educated and understands the terminology in which they speak.

Rus Collier called me too. I asked him questions about my competitors and he said he wasn't aloud to give any names.   Then he told me I was in the middle of two different regions so I would be getting business from both and when I look online at their map I'm in the very center of one region, not even close.  Nice try Rus, but I think I'll be keeping my money [***]
