Called my cell phone was extremely rude, pushy, and insulting.  Would not state from where he was calling.

You have called my house over and over for a debt that is over 15 years old and the statute of limitations expired years ago.  Pay attention to what you are doing and leave people alone!!!!!!!!!

It is illegal for collections to call your phone 5 times or more a day.  We don't owe any money to anyone that would cause bill collectors to call us.  Be sure to check your credit reports to be sure this company isn't reporting debt, when they haven't properly verified the debt.

It is illegal for them not to properly identify themselves.  The company obviously isn't following the Fair Credit Reporting Act.  Check out clarkhoward.com and also budhibbs.com  Companies must disclose the nature of their phone call by law.

That is illegal for any company to call you at that time of night. Then again, judging by the type of "collection" agency they are, they obviously don't obey the laws.  You have the right to report them.

I had a collector calling me at 2 am, for something I did not own and did not have.

got a call from this # asking for my sister - in -law...used her maiden name
she has never lived here

Got 2 calls from this # looking for my brother who does not live here would not state his buisness and I told him not to call back

yeah, the guy called us too, thick Indonesian accent. had our name and city correct, but oddly not our street address, offered me a settlement on some "old" debt and if I paid by phone he would give us a break instead of $10,000 we would only pay $3,000...Scam, man they will try anything.  He kept saying, "this call is being recorded,"  he said it like 3 times, odd times, as if that was gonna scare me or somethin.  NOT!

Man called with an accent and kept repeating my name and asked if I was from such and such city.  He then proceeded to let me know the call was being recorded and it was a business matter.  I asked what was the business matter and never ansewered my question.  I then let him know that the number that he is calling is a private number and to give me his number so I can call him back.  The number he gave me is 973-906-7808.  I looked the number up and doesnt state a business.  This is BS!!  I never give out my cell phone number but this past week I have been recieving 800 numbers at least twice a day!!

I get a phone call from this number every day for past 2 months.   They never leave message, I never answer the call.  How do I get them to stop?

Caller disconnected when answering machine began.  Have rec'd numerous calls from this number.

I finally decided to answer when the number called just now. It was loud wherever the person was calling from. (I almost hung up because I could barely hear him). He started with "This call may be recorded blah blah blah" (Obvs he didn't say blah blah blah lol) and asked for a Rhiannon Clearwater. Not even close to my name. I told him he had the wrong number and he apologized before saying he would remove my number.

So we'll see if he does so.

These idiots call every day!! ENOUGH!!!

This guy or whom ever they are keep calling my phone over and over and over every day and night.. How do you get them to stop.. It isn't even a collection agency.. that is what is the sad part.

I don't answer calls -- especially from toll-free numbers! -- that I don't recognize.  Jerks.
