Individual continues to call my office!    They are screaming at me for a debt that is not even for me.   How do i get them to stop.   I mentioned I would report them to the Better Business Bureau and they said i could report them to even my congressmen.   They laughed and said they will continue to call everyday!

I'm in rhe same boat currently. Can you tell me what you did to get them off of your bureau? I cancelled months ago but they still call!

I asked to be taken off of the call list. Said I owed $289 to a gym. I said I didn't and that I don't have any sort of collection on my credit report. He then told me if I would pay my bills I could be taken off of the list. It was beyond unprofessional and tactless.

This is the second encounter with these people.  Our son is autistic and 28 years old who was manipulated by a trainer at a Golds gym to sign a contract for services.  He was told it was for six months and after six months no more trainer but now swift says he owes money for the contract.  As parents of a special needs child we've always been an advocate for our son and now swift says I owe the money, but I did not sign anything.....after telling him I was not responsible party he attempted to shame me into paying the debt.  I said before I pay anything I want to see documentation that this debt exist.  The. Collector said I knew how much it was and he wasn't going to give me anything.  I do not know how much it is and cannot get them to tell me.  Every time they contact my son he tells them to call his Dad.  I told the collector that  I've blocked the two different numbers they've contacted me on and he actually laughed and said "I've got 100 more lines"........WHAT A BUNCH OF CLOWNS!!!!!!!!

They keep calling me and not joking harassing me there looking for Tatiana? Not sure don't care but they just said today they will be speaking my number to everyone. They need to be shut done they day they are with swiss fund collection!?!!?????

Call blocker might be of some help.  Also don't pick up on numbers you do not recognize, or where there are caller IDs that seem odd.  Or where there is no caller ID.

You might consider a cease and desist letter.  Send it by certified mail, return receipt requested.

Keeps leaving voice-mails automated voice to call 888 479 4384 back asap important business matter every day .if I haven't called yet and won't call don't think I'm stupid to call . Want to hunt me down to scam and intimidate huh ? No way now I'm hunting.  Note any time they call get all info you can report it to FTC site . Attorney General of the state the calls come from . Fight back but give them nothing it's not legit . I'm after them now . Wrong one you picked to harass.

calls received from 310-499-0486 - An has called numerous times and I returned his call, he was rude, raised his voice, condescending and called me a liar, not acceptable. All over something that could have been avoided had someone bothered to reply to my numerous letters and emails.

Harassment over a false debt. When I requested proof of services rendered they hung up on me.

I have already filed a complaint with the BBB and other such websites that were provided in this Forum. I'm glad (and yet disheartened) by the fact that other people are having this problem and it's not just me. I've spoken with both Mrs. Wilson and Mr. Green about this and they claim that I have been given a letter from them as of last year. I have not received this letter and if they had mailed it and asked them why they hadn't called me as of last year to make sure that I have received it, like any other debt collector.

I was treated rudely. I may be young, but I'm not an idiot. I made a mistake with a gym membership called Q4 fitness (which a friend of mine had worked there.) I had to cancel to live with my grandmother because of her failing health. Luckily, her health took an unexpected (but wonderful) turn for the better, and I didn't have to move. When I called to tell the gym that I had to cancel, they told me that they would take care of it and don't worry about it because of family. Next thing I know, I'm getting a call from another debt collection agency and gave them my information because they were reputable (I had researched their name, but I seemed to have forgotten the name) They took out the money and I thought all was well. Until I got the call from Swift Funds.

Now I am living with my grandmother and had to quit my job to take care of her and her failing health. I'm not going to be bullied as they have broken the law and refused to give me anything in detail. I have a lawyer in the family (my uncle is married to him) and I will take action if this persist.

I'm hoping to talk to the gym and settle this way. I'm young and I don't have a credit score, so I don't think that it'll affect it that much.

Upon typing this up and after calling the gym I had a contract with, they have sent me an email about the bill. It's sparsely written and it just fills me with a bad taste in my mouth. It was also revealed to me by my gym that they had another bill agency (with whom I have called and paid some amount too) before they switched with Swift Funds. This fills me with a certain type of dread and anxiety because it makes me realize that gyms are not to be trusted. I was a foolish young girl with dreams of good health and a good place to work out and all I got to show for it is anxiety and a debt. This is absolutely disgusting.

Received calls from 2 different numbers a ms. Wilson saying i had a debt of 2000 dollars for a ufc gym membership... when i called the gym they said i had a balance of 316 dollars... these people were rude as hell!!!

I also have been getting calls for 5 years from these [***]. They go as far as to say that they have a warrens for my arrest and the sheriff will be at my door LOL I'm waiting and never happens because it's [***] scams. They call every other day from different numbers, so I have the rocky tune playing when they call to knock them out 😁. Mine is from a training program coming out of YOUFIT gym, they got tossed out of the company and expected me to travel 25 miles to a different gym, NO WAY THEY BROKE THE CONTRACT.
