Just started receiving phone calls from them today. Much like everyone else here, very pushy and very rude. I am behind on my payments, but the man could not give me an exact dollar amount and actually asked me how much I paid a month so he could do a quick calculation. It was no where close. I knew it seemed fishy, which brought me here. Thank you all for clarifying this. I will block their number, and if it shows up on my credit report, I will dispute. The only person getting my money will be the personal trainer company.

David called and is very rude and never even says he is from Swift Funds. Constantly threatens me about putting something on a credit report for gym fees for The Edge.
I looked them up on BBB and they have an F.

They are permanently revoked in Neveda too under NV20111130229 and NV19991007219. When I filed the complaint to Nevada Attorney General office they too me a fraud investigation was underway. These guy's just keep trying to refile new corporations thinking people are not on to there scam.

They call and do not leave messages. From the other posts for this number, If this is from a gym account, I DO NOT HAVE ONE!!!! and the last one was cancelled in house.

I just got a call today from these guys and we should file a class action lawsuit.  I own www.fluxcredit.com and I am well versed in the FDCPA.  Let me tell you, they made at least 5 violations on my call.  That’s a minimum fine of $5,000.  Contact me at 866.358.9218 ext-35.  Normally I advise settling accounts, but for this company, they should be sued and shut down!

I started receiving calls from these con artists a couple of months ago. I finally called them back today and their demanding $462 for a gym membership (that was no contract) that I cancelled back in May 2016. Where do I begin??!

1) I've never received anything from them in the mail; it's only been repeated phone calls.
2) They are not licensed in Arizona where I reside.
3) I advised them (on the phone) today that they need to cease and desist calling me. The woman I was speaking with began screaming at me.

I'm going after them hard and heavy! Tomorrow two letters are going out certified with a return receipt; the first is a cease and desist and the other will be a debt validation request. I'll post updates as this progresses.
My honest advise to anyone that's contacted by them is to NEVER pay them. Dispute the debt immediately and with that send them a cease and desist as well.

They have called and left messages several times but since I owe no one in this world a thing, I wasn't concerned. I see this seems to stem from gym memberships, I was a member at world gym where I moved but on a month to month plan due to my schedule. If I show up after being gone, I have to pay for that month, after that my cmkey card expires again. Therefore,it can't be them. I figure these guys just buy membership rosters from gyms and try to intimidate them into paying something. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. I won't be paying them anything, although when I am bored and itching for a fight I may call them up just to have some fun.

They called in reference to Vasa Fitness. I had paid off my cancellation to them years ago when I cancelled my account, and it had reappeared last year on my credit report. It had been challenged and removed from my credit at the time, and I told them as much. The rep apologized for the inconvenience and that was that. For any others with the same issue, I'd advise challenging the debt with the credit agency that reports it.

They called me and told me that I owe EOS Fitness (Golds gym) $183.. I told them I cancelled that membership 2 years and they yelled at me saying "you're a liar" "you have a story and thats not my problem" rudest "manager" i've ever talked to. I think it's [***] because I have my cancellation request in my email from 2 years ago so i was not going to give them my personal email.

I first got an automated call stating to call back with them saying "We are trying to get in contact with "Randy ********"  As soon as I heard that, I knew the debt couldn't be validated. Randy isn't my legal name. When I called back, A lady answered stating her name and the company, and reason for contact. When she asked if I was Randy, I said no that's not my legal name. I mean, she became irate almost immediately. I'm assuming because she knew where I was going with it. I didn't even say it in a mean way either, I don't even know if that actually works but EVERY debt I owe has my legal name. When i sign contracts its my legal name. I've never heard of someone using my other name. Worth the try, and it obviously worked.

Too bad you did not read past the first page where the posts are from 2012.  You would have learned a few things about what to do and how to do it to stop the calls permanently.

i am so sick of them trying to collect on some damn gym fee that i have not had a membership since i didnt renew.  These people are so stupid and i am thinking of suing them because my attorney keeps calling them and they refuse to give names.  So this is a bogus sting they have going on.

This number calls me once a week and leaves a message that just says “this is an important message for “Lerner, Brett”. This is not a marketing or sales call. Please return this call as soon as possible at 888-479-4384. But they never say who they’re calling from (what company) or what debt they’re calling supposedly calling about. Real fishy if you ask me
