Same, they call me everyday, multiple times a day. Everything seemed very sketchy. The lady was rude and when I asked to speak with her supervisor, she put me on hold and the hold music took about 3 minutes to start, then I spoke with a man who sounded just as young as the first rep. They tried to tell me that this matter was indisputable and when I told them I’d be contacting the gym, they told me there’s no point, they will tell me the same thing. They claimed I owe over 500 from MUV FITNESS. When I contacted MUV, they said I only owe 120. Don’t trust these people, anything and everything is disputable.

Someone called me with this company name and tried to charge my card. The lady name is Erin Wilson also goes by Christine Wade. The number is 917-746-6213. Complete fraud! don't make the mistake I did and give them any debit information. Bunch of crooks!!

Called 2 times in a row, did not leave V a message.

I also asked for an address to dispute mine also. Oddly enough, for a gym membership that's been canceled for 5 years! Seems like all these comments are referring to gym memberships. The gym isn't even open anymore.  It's completely bogus. They tried to argue with me telling me the gym is still there. (I drive past the empty bldg every day) then they tried saying that I must have defrauded my bank by stopping my gym payment.  No. The membership was over. And I canceled.  End of story. Also I tried asking for an address to mail a dispute and this rude as hell man told me to look it up. Finally gave me the address of PO box 2397, Palos Verdes, CA.

That is the address that they gave the BBB but after checking my records it looks like they are actually in Nevada and also that their state registration in California has been revoked.  I have to update my report since it was previously done in 2019.  I will post the new information here.

I asked for paperwork showing the debt and what I owe and how do I dispute this. He literally said look it up. I had already argued with someone 10 mins before that, a rude guy that kept talking over me. Said I committed fraud to my bank. It's all [***].
