- SameSame thing - Have Humana but do not use mail order, have never agreed to calls. They call but do not leave message. Leave me alone!!!
- PaulNo caller ID, no message. I don't answer these calls
- Becky replies to GC Lee| 1 replyYou don't have to opt in. I have Humana and they bug me all the time about getting mail-order. Even after repeatedly telling them no, they still worry me to death. All I'm waiting for is open enrollment period so I can end this madness.
- GC Brown replies to GC LeeThis is exactly how my Humana mail order meds work
- GTWThis is Humana Rx Refill reminder call.
- Caller: Humana Rx Refill
- Call type: Event reminder
- McFraudIt is Humana and although irritating, it's legal. They could only save me a few dollars so it isn't worth using their mail service since I am less than a 1/4 mile from two pharmacies.
They wouldn't be as objectionable if they were more professional.- Caller: Humana
- Call type: Telemarketer
- Xaiocall several times each day.
- noneofyourbusinessWe have a 90 day prescription service through optum...NOT HUMANA. These idiots call twice in a row at 8 am leaving no message!! No one in this house has invited them to do so!! :-(
- Caller: humana rightsource
- DeeVery happy with Humana. My 6K ER visit was not in network because I was on vacation and all I had to pay was a $65 copay.Don't care for mail order but I get 2 meds for free.
- Caller: Humana
- Call type: Survey
- TKCall came to Mobile, Alabama 1:32 pm on 10/6/15. Went to voice mail and left no message. Apparently an illegal solicitation/advertising call..
- markMy experience; Humana got my address wrong from the start but the mailman knew my name so I got my card. Called their main number on the card. 45 minutes on hold, they're offshore and don't speak English. Struggle trying to communicate and they hang up. I called back repeatedly to correct address and get coverage manuals to no end. NEVER got the coverage information. Last week I get a postcard that said if I call and ask they will mail me the package. I did get surveys from third party data miners wanting me to send my personal information to a different state each time. Do not answer unknown number, no message = no communication, 3rd time they get blocked whoever they might be.
- ChuckCPAIn my opinion, any call which doesn't clearly identify the caller on standard caller ID equipment, and is toll-free or from an unfamiliar area code, is by definition a scam. I got no time for them. I don't care if they're giving away free puppies. This one identifies the caller ONLY as "TOLL FREE CALL," ergo, a scam.
- Caller: Who knows?
- kellyandpeanut| 1 replyThey call my house twice a day. I blocked the # showing up Humana then the next day they started calling from a blocked # so they can get through & never leave a message. I turned my machine off & left it off the hook. I'm on hold now, I bet I get hung up on & Im about to type up a cease & desist letter & the AG. Isnt humana for elderly people? I'm always on the do no call list.
- Caller: Humana?
- kellyandpeanut replies to kellyandpeanutThe guy said his name was Ignacio but sounded black?
- sharHumana is the absolute worst. They spend all their making annoying calls to unsuspecting, innocent people, and spend no time to their clients.
- Caller: Humana
- SharonTHANKS MEDICARE for this piece of junk Humana prescription, pt. D. They spend all their time calling, harassing innocent people, none on their paying clients.
- Caller: Humana
- Irritated replies to WTHeck Now?| 1 replyAm in same situation: have Humana but do not use their prescription mail order. What bothers me: they identify on my ID as "unavailable" and do not leave a message on the answering machine. Only way I found out who it was: checked 800 notes. Really aggravating that a company is permitted to make calls like this and block their identity.
- Bruce in CO replies to GC Lee| 1 replyMy wife and I both get these calls, averaging once a week. I can guarantee we have never opted in for phone calls of any sort.
- Wayne W.The caller I.D. lists it as being United States Government. If it is Humana then they could get in trouble for impersonating a government office.
- Caller: Fake
- Humana Customer replies to GC LeeYou're right. It is Human RightSource. I had requested that Humana NOT phone me. But I did not realize that RightSource has a separate preference list, email, mail, phone, etc. because I DO NOT use their service. So even though the insurance company does not call me, RightSource was still trying to reach me. Probably wanting me to use their service.
I checked the RightSource PREFERENCES and made sure my phone number is NOT on their list. I think the calls are robocalls since no message is ever left on my answering set.
I am hearing impaired and I hate automated calls of any sort!
We have enough scammers calling, so it is hard to know when to call back and when to ignore the calls. It would help a little if at least the caller ID would show "Humana", rather than "Toll Free Call"
I'm grateful for your confirmation that this number was RightSource. I always use this website to check when we have a number on caller ID that we don't recognize. Hardly ever would I call back an unknown number.
