1-888-538-3518 could just be pretending to be RightSource? They called me today and did not leave any message. - GrandmaAs others have stated, these calls are from Right Source, Humana Health Insurance's pharmacy. I had medications that needed refilling. For some reason, they only ring twice, then the call is disconnected, making it appear suspicious.
- Caller: Right Source
- JR replies to CEMThanks for the for being Right Source..
- JulieThese people call daily. They are from Humana about home delivery of prescriptions. I already told my agent I am not interested, but apparently he did not pass on the message
- Caller: Humana
- Call type: Telemarketer
- EleneFirst call that I have received from this number. I did not answer it. If it is indeed connected with Humana, it is my supplemental insurance provider. They don't need to be calling me for I do not do business with Telephone Callers. Oh, how I wish the Fed Govt would do something about these annoying pests.
- Caller: Toll Free Caller
- Uncle MunchyThis is a scam. The call center is working for Dadata, in Palm Harbor, FL.
- Call type: Telemarketer
- Bridget PReceived a call at about 2pm on 12/6. They said it was a courtesy call from Humana and asked questions about RightSource. I gave them no information because it sounded suspicious and because I have requested that Humana contact me via email.
- Caller: Humana
- kateReceived a call tonight around 7:40 pm. Did not answer. Really tired of all these calls, no need for signing up for do not call list. It doesn't work. This called to my home phone in S.C.
- Fed UpI, too, have been getting calls from this and other numbers identifying themselves as Humana employees. This business started about the first of the year (2012) and has reached the level of harassment. Most of the time I don't answer the phone for "800" numbers but on the occasions I have been dumb enough to do so I keep being hounded by these people to join the RightSource Rx plan. I consistently say, 'No thanks; don't call again" and it's useless. In addition to the RightSource calls I also get calls to set up appointments with their nurses for entry into my home for the purpose of giving me a physical exam under all kinds of reasons - to sent a report of the state of my health to my PCP (really?); they are required to turn the information in to Medicare; etc. They won't take no for an answer. In various conversations I've had with friends over the past year I'm hearing all kinds of stories - the most scary from someone in the healthcare industry - they are calling for these in-home visits for the purpose of death counseling. Nice. Got a call one day this week from a Humana person who pretty much copped an attitude and got in my face - she was definitely not going to take "no" for an answer as to getting into my home. Set me off like a Roman rocket. I let a string of expletives out and slammed the phone down. Guess what? Next day got a call that I was told was being recorded for "quality assurance" reasons - tried to get me to use the RightSource Rx plan. Methinks the call was to find out whether I would explode again ... but I politely said I was not interested and asked the woman not to call again.
- Caller: Humana
- Barb in KansasFrom Right Source and I have asked them over and over to quit calling as we are not interested, but they have failed, neglected or refused to honor our wishes.
- Caller: Right source
- DarylRightSourceRX is the prescription by mail program provided by humana.
I have told them several times that because the refuse to identify themselves on caller Id I will normally refuse to answer their calls.
They respond that they can not identify themselves because of HIPPA laws.
So, there you are there is a strong possibility of an important medical phone call being missed because of our Government Nanny State.- Caller: RightSourceRX
- DisgustedGot a call from this # in PA this morning. Thank you, to everyone, who posted here. They have called several times and if I was not interested in the first call, what makes them think I would welcome several calls. Annoying...
- 888-538-3518Scam claiming to be Humana. Asking for personal information such as Birth Date, SSN, all the info an identity thief could use. Happy to give them all that fake information I create on the spot. The deeper into the phone call, the more information they think they are gathering, the more obvious they have nothing to do with Humana and are caller ID spoofing the phone number. Hope they are happy trying to figure out the fake info I gave them, they must have thought they struck gold. Why isn't scam or fraud an option on this board for Call Type?
- zolar1 replies to CEM| 1 replyI got the same call today. He did say that the call was being recorded.
Only info I gave was my name and month/day of my b-day but not the year.
They mentioned a previous shipment of supplies I never got. I told him that I won't pay for something I didn't get.
Then they were trying to sell me on home delivery of diabetic supplies.
I asked them how they were going to help me. They said send it to my home. I said well, hard to do when I am HOMELESS! LOL
They claimed they got my number from Humana. It is possible but I smell something fishy.
I told them that if I can't get it at a pharmacy then how could they help me??
We had a discussion about the meter he wanted to send me and that I could hook it up to a computer as well. I informed him that there is no meter on the planet that works with my operating system. I said I use Linux. I also mentioned that he was a windows user. He got really quiet on the phone as if 'how could he know that' kinda quiet.
I was stalling to run up their costs for the call! LOLOL
Whenever you get calls like that just BS them as long as you can. It runs up their costs and cuts down on the number of other customers they can bother.
The whole call seemed like a collection agency or scam to me.
They wanted my doctor name and number too. - robert wilsondo not call my number
- Caller: don't know
- disgustedCalled Humana 800-448-6262, have them direct you to Right Source and had your number erased from their list. The wait to answer was not bad. You have to give them your date of birth, address, and ID#. This better work! We have to attack the companies making the calls!
