- MTI have never received a message from Humana or any other legit agency that felt the need to block their caller ID info. All I got was the phone number but the NAME of who was calling was blocked. The way I see it, if they feel the need to block who they are, then they are not my friends and they certainly are not on the level. Be very careful when answering these types of calls.... give them NO info.

- TamianthJust got another call from these bozo's. Turned it on and right back off. This is not humana or right source at all. Both of those company's show their name on caller id. These are just more scammers..

- CSharpGot a call from this number this afternoon. Guy with a heavy accent claimed to be with "Windows Technical Support" or some nonsense. I didn't talk to him; my father answered the phone. After spending WAY too much time trying to figure out what the call was about, my father then went to his computer and started following the guy's instructions. Meanwhile I was googling the number and found others have gotten calls from that number claiming to be Right Source Rx. After a couple of unsuccessful attempts at directing my father's attention away from what I assume was some kind of scam/phishing attempt, I finally wrote him a short note, after which he began asking the guy who he was and what company he was with. The guy hung up. Beware.

- Vicky in IdahoThis number is for Humana RightSource Pharmacy. They call people that have Rx coverage with Humana trying to obtain you business. All you need do is ask them to stop calling you.
When I asked them to stop calling, they asked from my humana information and I said I am only asking them to stop calling. They looked up the information in the Humana computer system and completed the process at their end. There is no need to give out any personal information or humana information.- Caller: Humana RightSource Pharmacy
- krisThis is Right Source a mail order pharmacy. If you're on Humana or Medicare you will most likely get their calls.
- Caller: Right Source
- peg| 1 replyThat number does belong to Right Source, which is Humana's mail order pharmacy. They do call sometimes if it appears that a prescription which should have been renewed hasn't been--which can be helpful to seniors who can sometimes be prone to forget to do things in a timely fashion. If they're calling you by mistake, it may be that your number previously belonged to someone who's moved or passed away. Just tell them POLITELY that you're not a client...they'll be glad to remove your number.

- Roberta replies to pegIf they were legitimate, they would identify themselves as something more specific than "Toll Free" . Legitimate businesses don't hide their identity. If they have actual business with you, they will leave a message with a working call-back number. If they pretend to be a real business - such as a pharmacy or bank that typically has sensitive information, you know they are phishing.
- HeyI keep getting someone calling me from this number 888-538-3518 I set my ringtone, for calls i don't know to a dog barking. This way i never answer them. Haha they are wasting their time calling me.
- Bubba| 1 replyIt is either Humana or someone trying to appear as Humana, I would guess it's Humana since I returned the call and got an automated message saying it was Humana and all representatives are busy and please hold for the next available representative. If you have a health insurance through Humana they will bug you to death with calls. I have Humana and got my 8th call this month from this number today. Some days the Humana call is from another number. They are annoying. When I complained to my Humana representative he said the calls are mandated by the government and Humana has to do it to satisfy government regulations. I didn't call him a liar but I do doubt that the government is making them call as often as they do. If it's from the Humana Right Source the best thing you can do is tell them off and hang up. I am a Humana customer and I tried Right Source and their drugs about killed me. I take Lisinopril/htcz 20/12.5 for my blood pressure. After taking the prescription from right source for 2 weeks my blood pressure started fluctuating from way low to way high. I had no energy and was constantly dizzy. My BP was fine when I took the same prescription from my local pharmacy. After A while I figured out it was the Right Source prescription and went back to my local pharmacy and my blood pressure has been great since that occurrence about 3 years ago. Beware of right source through Humana. Also if you have or get Humana be prepared for a barrage of phone calls. It may be the same way with other insurance companies but I don't know that for sure.

- BubbaThis is at least the 10th call this month from Humana. That's harassment. I have Humana insurance. I will be canceling my Humana insurance as soon as I can get health insurance from another company that won't harass me. If you enjoy receiving harassing calls get Humana insurance, if not, tell them to put it where the sun doesn't shine. I complained to my Humana salesman. I was told the calls were mandated by the government. Looks like I also have a lying salesman. I can not say enough bad thing about Humana insurance. Please stay away from them.

- rsarnoldJust checked and Right Source does not have an 888 number. Theres are always 800 numbers. This is a scam for sure.
- Sara replies to CEMI called back. RightSourceRX is affiliated with Humana. I got an answer and asked that our numbers be added to their do not call list. We'll see whether it works. They have been calling all three of our phones and when we answer, there is no one there. When I called back, the operator was very pleasant, however, I have done this before and the calls didn't stop.

- EmilyMy mother and I are 35 years in age difference. Think how happy I am to get her gd retirement calls. :P Humana has to be the worst company ever for meds or insurance, or at least my parents tell me so. For sharing a similar name to my mother's apparently I'm also 65 and living off the state like shill...which I'm not. Why they call my landline instead of hers will ever remain a mystery to all but Humana. ;) Instead receiving benefits, I'm paying social security benefits that I will never see for people that age now. No need to call and tempt me with free drugs, Humana, especially since I am not on heart meds, cholesterol meds, or any other med which is generally something people at least 2 decades older than I am (or three) get on. Really, my bp and cholesterol are great. Thanks for confusing me with a woman more than twice my age though. Really flattering.

- TamianthThis number is not humana or right source. Both company's have legitimate caller ID's that show just that on the phone. The scammers are spoofing their names...
- KellyI returned the call to see who it was. The lady answered the phone "Thank you for calling Humana".

- Burnd by Right Source replies to zolar1I have had dealings with Right Source for my diabetic supplies.
