Do not want anything from Right Source, do not trust their meds. Sister said they always mess it up when she used it. Not me, to heck with them. I answered and said nothing, they stayed on the line as long as I did. I could hear something in the background. I finally hung the phone up.

If it is right source. I've had nothing but good things happen since I joined
They beat all the other pharmacies!
3 out of 5 of my daily meds became free, where I was paying $15- each before them.
The other 2 aren't ones I'd mail order. But one of them they coul beat by quite a bit.

However, they are relentless with their calling, and don't identify themselves or leave a message!
I'm puzzled as to why, because they've been trying to call me for 2 weeks when I'm not home, and
If they identified themselves, I'd have called them back 2 weeks ago, but I don't answer or
Call ANYONE back if no message and/or the # isn't identified; there's just no reason for this if they're legit

I realized after reading this I am under Humana rX coverage....So what should I do? Block the number or what?

I have Humana and am using their RXMail service but this phone has called me yet never speaks.  After a couple of these, I put them on speaker and let it sit while I was reading.   After about 10 minutes, it hangs up.  No one ever tried to speak.  Creepy.

It is a scam if you ask them repeatedly (26 times) to stop calling and sending mail about their stupid RX Solutions!  I just sent them a letter that this is the reason I am kicking them to the curb and going with Coventry!  I have the best Pharmacy in the world that delivers for nothing and only charges $1 co-pay!  Humana could care less about their customers and only want to make more and more and more $$$$$$$$$$$.

This number has called me three times. First two times I ignored. Third time I answered and they kept saying it was from Humama and to hold. I finally hung up. Make them stop calling me.

This is Right Source from Humana and they are relentless with their calls. I called them five times to get me off of their call list but they don't care. They promise they will and then it starts all over again. If I wasn't interested the first time they called, why would I be interested the 100th time they called. Guess I will have to blast them AGAIN!!!

Called back and discussed the issue of excessive calls from RightSource. The person I spoke with was very pleasant, and at my request took my phone number, and said it would be added to the do not call list. As said by others, we will see if if this reduces the number of calls from RightSource and Humana that are essentially marketing or cost reduction efforts. As for anonymous call rejection, most anything can be substituted for a valid name including phone numbers and nonsense so that measure is no longer really useful. The exception is for rejecting calls from people who use caller ID blocking for simply their own privacy and not to obscure the purpose of their call. When you get right down to it you always have the option of not answering calls or shutting your phone off when you do not want to be disturbed. There are very few calls that can't reasonably be deferred for select periods of time since for most people they rarely result any urgent critical action being taken.

This number, 888-538-3518 is Right Source. I have called them for months telling them to put me on their DNC list. It works for a little while and then starts all over again. I don't want Right Source and I definitely don't want their phone calls. Guess I will have to call them yet again. So annoying...

I agree with Tamianth. I don't think this is really Humana or RightSource either, because the names don't appear on CID,and they don't leave messages or an 866 toll free call back number. the real company would do all these things.

the number MAY be Humana or any valid number, BUT, anyone can spoof a legit number (even your neighbor's number) for scamming purposes. if it is humana ... then WHY isnt the caller id HUMANA ??? a legit business call would leave a message !!!

Got a call from 888-538-3518 on my cell phone. I called back and the lady that answered said it was "Humana Health" and they are trying to market the "Right Source pharmacy". Sounded polite, I asked her how she got my number, she stated that I must be an existing customer, which is not the case. I never had Humana or Right source pharmacy in the past. She apologized and said "must be an error in our system". 12/26/2013.

I took a call from this number and it was from RightSource who is affiliated with Humana.  They helped me set up my prescription through my doctor and I've already received the first shipment.  They were very helpful, but these repeat calls are also very annoying.  I refuse to sit on hold waiting for someone to pick up this computer-generated followup call and burn up my minutes.

Every Samsung phone has a feature of "add to reject list". Just highlight the number, hit the menu button, and push "add to reject list". No fuss, no muss! Only thing is if it is a private party like an "ex", they can still text you...
