I called the number back, 888-538-3518 and the first thing they ask me for is my Humana ID.  I am 53 and not using Medicare or Humana.  I told them if they called back without it showing RightSourceRx on the caller ID or even Humana, I was notifying my state attorney general about their spoofing practices.

Just got a call also stating they were with Humana - Right Source when I started questioning her she disappeared.  Anyone rpeort this to Humana?

These bloodsuckers are the health insurance company for my husbands employer.  They cost us 18k a year, almost half his paycheck.  I don't want their surveys or telling me where I should get my prescriptions and I certainly don't want their phonecalls at 9:00 PM.  I picked up and hung up on them the third time they called and then they called back and hung up on me.  Crackheads.  We call them "INHUMANA".

It is RightSourceRX.  We get our medications from them.  It is a Humana Rx plan for those on Medicare.  I don't know if they have Rx plans for their other Humana health insurance plans.  Why they would call people who don't use their plan, I don't know.  I just know that they call us and it is to verify that we ordered our medications.  I'm sure if you tell them you don't use their plan they would stop calling.

We have been getting 3-4 calls a day from this "Humana" source-  I am sick of hearing their squeaky little voices explaining how they can help us.  Also, when asking them to take our name OFF the call list, they need our "Humana" card number.  That sounds fishy to me -  they don't have the information and just a cold call and expect me to give them our address to "send" a personal medical person to examine us?????  I'm wondering if Humana even knows they are doing this!

I called this number back.  It was Humana Right Source who fills my prescriptions for Humana monthly and quarterly.  If you wanna know who it is answer or call back like I do.  I made a VERY STRONG suggestion to them that they utilize Caller ID to assist us all.

I use the android app Call Control on my samsung G5. Verizon would only let me block so many, and this will block any and all numbers I want added to my black list. It has done me well, and a lot of aggravation is gone. since they can put anything they want as to the number they are calling from I have answered a few by accident  I'll let em talk a second and then give them the air horn as my response. If I see the number on my recent phone calls, I check the number here and then add to my black list..

Just got a call from this number - didn't answer it - out of work so can't add any more expense for call blocking but I CAN ignore them.  It is very aggravating and such an invasion of your privacy - wish something could be done!

Did you call the number back? I have Humana prescription drug plan and they have never called me. The numbers on their website don't coincide with this number

This darn number calls every day and I am sick and tired of it. Without having to curse them out, I just never answer it. I am sick with renal disease and you cannot rest with these nuts calling all the time. Thank, ANNOYED

number blocked forever and done very simple

It is Humana's prescription plan.  They told me to change my communications preferences to email, but that's what was already sett up. There's no way to avoid these calls except by setting up a phony phone, not a good way to fly if you ever need a callback.. It's a 'bene.' Ugh!

Let me give you peeps suggestion if you have a home phone get a Panasonic wireless.Some have call block as a feature. Some even have cell phone connect let's you use your cell phone like a home phone .I have had spam calls drop by 90%. I'm using the kx-7GA660.

Good idea. I have mine added to a contact named "Don't Answer This" but I hadn't thought of the no ring option. What a good idea. I have 10 so far.
