I have a humana prescription drug plan too and have NEVER received a phone call...and they left NO message.  Block it!

Answered and it was Humana.  She asked if I had a moment for her to tell me about some benefit.  I told her I was busy and asked if she could just mail me the info.  She sounded confused but agreed to do that.  Lets hope that's what happens or I'm going to have to block the number.

Called yesterday and I missed the call - no message.

For what it's worth, if it is Humana (which some have reported) and you have their insurance (as I do) or have done any business with them, Do Not Call list rules allow them to call you until you specifically tell them to take you off their call list.  I don't understand them not leaving a message stating their business or not identifying themselves on Caller ID.

They " say" they're from Humana but they really aren't. They want your info to send meds cheaper after you send money. The real Humama ins doesn't call you.. It's a scam

Tired on getting calls about solar panels when we already have them.  I am on a national no call list but it seems to do no good.

For you out there think this number is Right Source or Humana, you are correct.  I had a call from them myself.  I also called the number back.  The answer recording is the same message and voice I get when I call Humana Customer Support.  They were just informing me of a way to save money on my scripts.  They knew I use a local pharmacy for one script and mail order the other one.  They just wanted to know if I wanted to use the mail order for the one being filled at the local pharmacy.  Any time you are in doubt about a number, you can look it up on line in the reverse white pages, or just pick up the phone and all your insurance to see if they have this number.  You can do the same for all calls in question.  Always use the main line you have on the back of your insurance card and ask a rep if they have this number.  Good luck.

I use Humana and this number is not one of their numbers. I have been receiving phone calls from this number every afternoon for weeks. When I choose to answer, no one is there. Wonder if they dial multiple numbers at the same time and talk to the first person to answer. They had better pray that I don't get a traceable address to these idiots because they will receive a phone call from my attorney. I think phone calls such as these can be considered harassment.

I have had a number of calls to my home phone from this number in the past month.  Thank goodness for caller ID.  I just don't answer unidentified calls, but it is an inconvenience interrupting whatever I'm doing.  My phone company, Frontier, charges $3.00 a month to block unidentified callers so it's not worth it.

Received a call from 1-888-538-3518.  CID was 800 Service.  I gave it the old one ring pickup and immediate hang up.
