Humana's mail order pharmacy.  CSR very courteous.  Explained that our doctor won't do mail order prescriptions because of numerous patient problems/complaints in the past and asked that my phone number be removed from their call list.  She assured me it would be.  If I get another call after today, will update this accordingly.

It is Humana.  Notification from the pharmacy.  There are many times that I can't answer and they leave a message on my answering machine.  As they call my landline before they call my cell phone.

The calls are from Humana.  If you have Humana coverage (medical or drug) or have enrolled in pending coverage, they may have needed to call you.  Yes, I was skeptical when I got the call, and I verified the number before talking to them.  Too bad scammers have scared everyone so much that legitimate phone calls are ignored.  But you can blame our government for that.  Instead of posting here, call your political reps.  Just don't expect anyone to care.

I usually don't answer unknown numbers, but this came in on my second line, so I could not see the number.  The caller said she was calling from Humana to welcome me to their Medicare Part D program and give me information about pharmacies.  Then she asked for my information.  I asked her to call back so I could see on caller ID who was calling, and she agreed, but did not call back.  Obviously it's not legit.  Don't give them any information.

Just received a call from this number. The man implied that he was from Humana and wanted to review my Medicare drug plan. I was short with him and told him I had only 3 minutes to talk. He said he would call back. I asked " As long as I have you on the phone, which pharmacy do I need to use with Humana?" He said he could not recommend a pharmacy without verifying my date of birth. I hung up on him.

It is still Humana.  I am on Medicare and have an RX company, but it has never been Humana.  They were calling me up to six times per day, but never leave a message.  And when I catch the phone in time to answer it, they hang up on me.  It is a machine doing the calling, and then if you wait about a whole minute, a person comes on.  I did ask them to stop calling me a few days ago, but I just got two calls within the past 30 minutes from the same number.  Going to block it. Date 12/15/14

This is actually Right Source's enrollment department (888-538-2518).  They are the mail order service for the Humana prescription drug plans.  Once you enroll in one of Humana's drug plans, they contact you to set everything up and to pass along information, and they are persistent.  They also use the same number to contact you in the future.  Unfortunately because it is a front-end auto-dialing system, there is a delay before you are transferred to a live person, and it doesn't leave any voice-mail message if you don't pick up.  They also use "Toll Free Caller" as the generic ID which I've told them is very poor, but I can tell that won't be changed.  I actually called Right Source at the number shown on their website and that representative transferred me to this number so that I could finally talk to them and stop the calls.  It must cost more to change the generic ID on the auto-dialer they use.

Just got a call from this number. If it is Humana they must be using an automatic dialer. I screen all my calls and if I do not hear a human voice I will not answer. If they want to leave a message on my answering machine I MAY pick up after they begin to talk but no message, no answer. If they otherwise want to communicate with me they must send a letter.

I just signed up for a Humana Medicare D plan for 2015...anything that I need to know about RightSource Mail Pharmacy I'll get online...after reading two pages of these posts I've forever blocked this number...don't get me wrong -- I will be using RightSource it's just that I won't be accepting their incoming calls...any necessary message to me can be sent through the website account that I establish with RightSource.

Just enter RightSource's main #, 800-379-0092, as the number they should call to contact you. Let's give them a taste of their own medicine.

Received this call on my cell phone on Jan 10th around 1:00 in the afternoon. I am on the government's 'do not call' list and am especially peeved that they would call my cell phone. They left no message.

This call was from Humana RightSource which is the drug program. Completely legit.
BTW check out the monthly cash allowance for OTC items. It's free and easy.

This IS Humana's Right Source mail-order pharmacy branch.  If you are enrolled in any Humana medical plan, Right Source is a part of it.  Even if you have set all your communication preferences to "E-mail", Right Source's marketing department may still call to remind you of their services (which they are legally entitled to do, if you are a Humana customer or have been in the past three years).  If you call them, you can be placed on their Do Not Call list which should resolve the problem.

Received a number of hangups from this number.  Answered today.  Woman said that she was calling from Humana and they saw that I had tried to sign up online for mail order service.  She had my name.

Problem is, I left that job and haven't had insurance from Humana for a month and I never tried to sign up for mail order service.

I think it is a scam.  I will be reporting to Humana

I just received yet another call from "RightSource" just like the one last week... I told them both that I no longer have Humana, nor do I wish to change my Medicare Part D Cigna plan back to their Rx plan... Yes, it is "RightSource" the Part D of Medicare Advantage with Humana... They have been doing this for years now... It is intrusive, unprofessional and borders on harassment... Anyone interested: I am building a website that documents every complaint that has been made against Humana ~ from a multitude of sources... I should have it done in time for next year's Open Enrollment period, so people searching for Humana info on Google will see my website at the top of their search results... I now have almost a thousand testimonials from individuals documenting what their personal experiences with Humana have been... I use the word "experiences" but it could just as easily be called: "Nightmare Experiences"... I am sending a DVD to every Senator, Congressperson, Medicare executives and the Media... How our government even allows a trainwreck such as Humana to become a Medicare Advantage provider with a ZERO RATING on a scale of effectiveness and competence is far beyond my comprehending... So, coming soon to a REVIEW near you ~ "Humana ~ Fat Cats Getting Fatter with NO Accountability from the United States Government"... Can you spell R.I.C.O?... Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act... Multiple Lawsuits against Humana... BTW, Humana employs illiterate people who have NO SKILLS whatsoever... That is indicative of the overall corruption of Humana "Leadership" and their Board Members, many of whom are nefarious at best! I think EVIL is a more appropriate, and truthful, adjective... I am anticipating the day when they will be brought to justice.

    tired of these calls
Claiming to be from Humana regarding their partnership with Right Source Pharmacy. Asked when was the last time I had a prescription filled with them.  If they were legit, they would know that answer and caller ID would show their real company name , not just toll free number.   Most of the times I just ignore their calls and let them to the answering machine.  Of course they never leave a message.
