- MHJersey Central Power & Light (a division of First Energy Company)'s toll-free automated response notifying customers that power has been restored in the area after an outage. If you select "yes" on their online system to be notified when repairs have been made, this is the call you'll get. I also opted in for text alerts, which let me know power had come back on hours before this automated call came through...my guess is they wait until all service has been restored everywhere before making this call.
