- DenniseKeep getting calls from them every day now after I initially fell for their scam. I had set up a payment plan since they decided to call my sister, husband, and mom threatening to sue. I thought it was all real until I realized they conveniently called on MLK day when all bank are closed and I couldn’t verify anything they were threatening to do (sue, garnish wages) they also have my SSN but I then realized since there was a hack in 2017 and pretty much everyone’s information is out there now I realized it was fake. I cancelled my card and on the day they were supposed to do the transaction they called threatening again since I broke the contract. I’ve reported them to the Federal Trade Commission id suggest everyone do so as well.

- Papergirl59 replies to PjaySo the real company to harass is the ARS (Account Resolution Service) b/c THEY are a REAL company representing the BOGUS company. I called (919-230-9714 which is the number for the “collection agency” representing the invisible 888 number looking for some old lady to give out her credit card number), eight or nine times and really pissed them off! They kept hanging up on me. They explained that they are just trying to collect a debt. I told them that THEY are just as guilty as the 888 company b/c they know the other company isn’t legit!! I kept on annoying them and told them I had all day to keep calling just as THEY have all day to send out [***] calls and scare people!! Of course you can’t reach them by email. NO ADDRESS!
- bleh1Same as everybody else. Heather Lockwood called to tell me about a summons. Automatic message referred me to 8885877407 and thus, this page.

- SamanthaI received the same voice message on the 31st of January from a Heather Lockwood that threatened to come to my job. I did not do any research before I called the 888 number but the incident they were referring to happened 9 years ago and they are trying to come after me now. Didn’t seem right if you think about it and my husband had the same feeling. I do not go through an actual bank right now, I go through my work places bank card. It kinda scared me cuz they told me if I did not pay 200+$ they would come after me for 3,000$. I wish I had done the research before I called them back, they got me but haven’t gotten any money as of yet, will be getting a new card but they won’t be getting a dime out of me. Husband found an article that said when Wells Fargo bought out Wachovia all debts were resolved. They also told me that they would freeze my taxes to take it out of my taxes if not paid by the 15th of February, I still have not received anything from the IRS as my taxes have been accepted and is being processed. Please for the love of god do research before doing anything else. They thought they were going to get me but as time went on we got smarter and did the research needed to tell us this was a scam before they actually got anything out of me.

- SamanthaWell the fun begins, I checked my background and all that and there is nothing against me for a legal summons. Got another phone call today because they couldn’t get the money they wanted and threatened me with a warrant if they didn’t hear from me by the end of today. Called early warning services for more information but they couldn’t tell me anything other than they can only send me a copy of my consumer report and they only go back 7 years, again the incident happened 9 years ago. The guys name was Richard Stone and left me 2 voicemails this time but when we called back it was a different company than ARS & Associates. Be careful I don’t want any of this happening to anyone else.

- mo smith| 1 replyI received a voicemail from Heather Lockwood at this time I have been retained to come in contact with you to serve you legal notice I'm due to execute this out to your home residence and or place of employment. If I am unable to reach you at your home residence and I will be forced to serve you at your place of employment. Please make sure that you do have two valid forms of ID and then the supervisor is present to sign off as a witness.
- Caller: Heather Lockwood
- MikeHuntleton replies to mo smithGiving "legal notice" by email is only done by scammers. Thats almost a perfect script that is actually telling you they are scamming you! The part about you making sure to have 2 forms of ID and a supervisor is hilarious! Thats an invitation to give 'em an a** beating if I ever heard one, not that they will ever show up.
Legal notices are mailed, usually by certified mail or delivered by a Process server who would NOT call ahead to warn you about it either. - ChuckHeather Lockwood from number 1-727-601-0997 called and left a message to order a summons at my place of employment, yadda, yadda, etc. Like other's have stated, when served they do not call first. That's their job, to find you.
