Spam,  going to serve me sumons at work, really!!

Same as all the other reports. No past debt, I know the majority of the police force in my town personally... they don't have a summons or any pending court cases for me (not that I thought they would but.. just to cover the bases).. Fyi- you have to have a court case to get a summons...(court cases are public knowledge and fairly easy to look up)Not to mention the original company would have to notify you by mail to request payment of such a debt to start with. They don't just jump on going to court without asking for their money first.  These people should probably find another line of business, this one doesn't seem to be working out for them.

I have been receiving these phone calls for the past month.. and when I did call the number back they directed me to some rude a** lady asking me did I want to settle with them I said hell no! I told her to take me to court then I asked her what address did she have on file  and gave me some old address I lived at 12 years ago!!! NOBODY HAS CAME TO MY HOUSE YET!!

I also received a call from Heather Lockwood, I called the filing firm at 888-587-7407 , a few times, and got the call disconnected, a lady answer when I asked what type of business this is she put me in hold, I called back again disconnected, I called again  And a man answered ask me if my phone# and he ask me if I was Jennie, which I'm not. I asked for the name of the business he said ARS? I then hung up the phone. SCAM!!

yeah, got the same heather voicemail everyone else is describing. i called them back and harassed them cause theyre scammers. really funny! for some strange reason they didn't accept the fake name and phone number and case numbers i gave them when i first started calling back. i guess it's a weird way they sort people out. so they don't waste their time with people calling to prank like me? i never gave them the number i was really called from so i guess this is their reasoning. really funny, completely unprofessional.... they will rouse you into thinking they are legit with their demenaor.... then they will get super rude! soooo funny..

As I'm sure you aleady know, a real process server will never warn you in advance that you are being served. Nor will they give you the opportunity to pay your way out of being served, which is what they'll tell you if you call them back. Simply block and ignore calls from these scammers.

Like everybody has said, this number is a scam. I’ve been harassed for the past month. Also disregard and block these numbers:

Other numbers come as “unknown” instead of the 888 number. Listen to the voicemail. It’s all the same recording.

same things this morning happen to me

You can't just block it.  I've blocked at least 12 numbers from same caller, who then starts calling "restricted."  When I finally got to a human and demanded he stop calling, he called me names, cursed me out, told me I was a disrespectful female who had no right to talk to a 57 year old man the way I was, and told me they are not obligated to follow FDCPA because he's a process server and that since I knew what it was, I must be a piece of garbage as well.  When I told him I'm a legal assistant, he told me I should shut my mouth if I knew what was good for me.  The call was not even for me!  And the claimed person it was for, I happen to know did NOT have an account with the card they are claiming.  When I demanded an address to send a cease and desist letter, he refused and told me I couldn't stop them because I had to put the demand in writing and he wouldn't give me an address.

Heather Lockwood trying to tell me that I am going to be served either at home or work, been getting these calls for over 4 months, every time I block the number, they use a new number to call from, the most recent call was 11/15/17 @ 2:30pm from phone number 833-844-2364.  I have contacted the court houses that they would be sending me to, if I was to be served and there has been nothing on file.  I did this, becasue after awhile of getting the same call over and ovwer and over again, you start to think, "hmm, maybe I should check, just in case".  That is exactly what I did.

They call my cell phone, house phone for someone who doesnt even live in my house. Please tell me how to stop this. I have called them repeatedly and told them who ever they are looking for doesnt live here , and do not call my phone again. They say they are taking my number off the list, but they call the next day
