left a message that I was going to served documents in regards to a legal action and I needed to call some number back, little did they know even though caller ID showed up as blocked it shows in my vm. called back they claim to be Katherine and Associates would give me no other information called back 5 times each time they refused to give their information therefore they are pure 100 % certified BS.

I went to google the number when I saw this post... I just got the voicemail and the same message. I wasn't even going to call them back, but I appreciate you taking the time to write this post.

Got a call from them a couple min ago. Left a strange AI voice message saying I will be served regarding a case on property damage with no real info or details. Did not call back. Definitely a scam.

called and left a message about attempts to serve legal notice on a property on 9570 state route 54 <<doesn't say what state/city .. doesn't say who they are ... just provides the 888 number to call back to keep from "further legal action against you"

Got VM saying they wanted to serve notice pertaining to property investigation. I called back and spoke with a lady who says they are Hammon Legal Group. She was very aggresively trying to collect on a debt saying theres a lien on a property i dont even own and also my car when i asked for information she was very vague sounded like she was fishing, kept saying she had no obligation to provide me with info because they can get their money by taking me to court. She agreed to send a document about the “claim” the document has amounts different from what she told me, i looked up the company and there is a website for them which i believe is fictitious. They are not accredited by BBB, did some more research and found that they are indeed a scam.

Here is what I received - I called to notify (my name) that two attempts are going to be made to serve you a notice of action pertaining to a property investigation being finalized against you on 3888 Wilma Cortez doctor for further details on the case or to change it active service status please call us back at 888-609-9452 that membra 88 please reference case number 25030973 failure to contact them immediately result in further legal action against you -

Worst part is they also keep calling my 80yr old mother asking for information about me, and threatening her with legal action also!

The case number they provided me is almost identical

They will not stop! They have called half of the family for over a year. We have the number blocked but they still manage to leave a message. Same msg, they are going to make 2 attempts to blah blah blah.

I just got a voicemail message stating the same thing.  They could not even get my address right and gave the same ID number that everyone else is complaining about.  Went into all court documents since I have access and can’t find a thing so SPAM for sure do not give them any information

I called them almost 20 times i gave them the same treatment they gave me, it was quite liberating. I am sick of the BS, scammers need to be stopped.

Call them, do not give them any personal information, demand their mailing address, you will be put on hold and disconnected, call them enough they get the hint and they will not call you anymore. Trust me I did it.

I had the exact same message. When I called a woman by the name of Nina Parker answered and said I would have a lien against my house after they clear my bank accounts. They were seeking additional lawyer fees on top of what they say I owe.  It appears I am not alone. We need to all call the AG's office to report.

We've Been getting the same calls since January this year. They've also called from 619-383-9131 (Linda Rodriguez), 619-332-6738 (Nina Parker).  Both numbers take you to the same exact automated message where they give you the option to remove your number lol. Also got the same call from 844-802-8372, another fake law firm, couldn't catch the name.

Similar as others. Some law firm I can't understand. Threatening house lein, freezing and taking my bank account money, telling me I'd be served on Monday (today is Saturday) - but it's a holiday. They are going to sue me on behalf of a bank credit card as a breach of contract on my CC...that I never had. I kept being interrupted. Told them I never had that card and was never on my credit report. I was told I didn't know what I was talking about and not everything shows up on your credit report. HA! Again threatened with court and told they are adding that I refuse to pay.
They would not send me anything in writing when asked. I was told that would be provided in court.

Upon looking up the bank name (I don't have it in front of me) I found they were bought out in 2005 by Washington Mutual,  yet this card I supposedly had was opened in 2009...when my credit score was too low to get anything, let alone a card with a limit like they were talking about.

Called my phone and left message about legal actions being taken if I don't return the call. They even had the nerve to give a case number... scams

They called me as well trying to tell me that they were going to serve me and everything just like everybody else and they were going after me on a truck that is already been paid off so I told him that and I told me well you can show the judge you could show the judge that's all they kept telling me so yeah definitely a spam

Left a message about a case number and had my maiden name lol. I don’t owe anyone anything and have a great credit score. It came on my phone as potential spam and my phone automatically silenced it. I blocked it. Reported it and reported it to the call filter system with my carrier. Don’t answer calls like these. Do not give any information.

My husband and I are getting this same call. They also leave us voicemails about a "property investigation", and they don't have his name or our address correct. Definitely some kind of scam. I don't understand how they can get anything from doing this, unless someone believes them and gives them their financial info, I guess.
