Received a voicemail that this was the final attempt to contact me,  then gave a number to call back.   I almost laughed because the automated voice got stuck and repeated the number 8 about 12 times before the rest of the number was given and then it skipped and picked back up and repeated the number c8 several more times.   SCAM!

Just got the same voice mail, I knew right from the start it was fake. It said I was being sued and I should call immediately or there would be further legal action. I’ve never been in trouble so I knew it was fake. Thanks for having this post here so others won’t be scammed.

They're bill collectors trying to collect a debt and that's dealing with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and they're not bound to DNC registries.

This call is to notify(my name) that this our final attempt to be made to serve you notice of action pertaining to an investigation being finalized  against you for further details on the case or to change it active service status please call 888-609-9452 failure to contact them immediately will result in further legal action against you.

Received a voicemail, this being their "Final attempt" (my second time hearing about any kind of "investigation"), a phone number to call. Failure to act on my part would result in further legal action, it said. Second call in two days both from diffrent private numbers. It is a scam. Legal notice would have already been sent. Also no buisness is named.

Getting threatened calls from this number 18888056952 claiming to be a firm, threatening to file legal action, for me to call number back asap or will be sued in court
