U all want to change ur bank acct. info. They aquire ur info when they buy the debt from the original loan co. many times they will go thur the accts and call the auto. and input ur bank info to see if theres a balance. Most of the time ur piN is the last 4 of ur SS numb. so u all need to 2 change that 2. When they do an unauthorized debit they have a good comeback as to why its ok they did this and theres nothing U can do.

I am told I owe $575.00 on the same thing from a Cashsupply.com loan. I think I really only owe half of that. However, this same number called me and said I have until monday at noon to call back and make arrangements to pay off. 1. I don't owe that much. 2. I won't have money until tax refund. 3. I don't think I should have to pay more than I really owe, but she kept saying it was finance charges for waiting and not paying them for the past 5 months. The original loan was for 500.00 and I have paid them at least 300.00.  What do I do?  Would they sue me for that much?

A voice mail was left for me at work. The caller said there was some paper work being processed against me and to call back immediately to settle this matter.

    Tired of all the calls
I have received my first of which I'm sure will be many phone calls from this company. Someone by the name of Bonnie Bowie(?) called and left a message stating there was a very important personal matter that she needed to discuss with me that she was sure I wasn't aware of. I first response was to call them back but only after I researched the number. I'm sure glad I came across this post online. I have been receiving voicemails from several blocked numbers or local numbers that give long distance numbers to call back. Now unlike this one the others have people with thick middle eastern accents threating my arrest if I don't call them back. I have saved them all and will be reporting them.

Yep, calls every day for years to a business.  We work with the guy, but there's no reason they can not contact him directly.  Instead, they call, they are rude to us (who don't owe money) and they refuse to cooperate by continuing to call our hotline.  The guy needs to pay his debt, but that's not OUR issue.

I called and spoke with this Adam fella.  He was very rude (though when I called him on it he said, "You're the one getting upset sir, you need to call back when you are calm")  So I calmed down and tried to work it out.  After he asked for my social and claimed he did not have our phone number on record, what else could I do?  What a pain.

I recieved a call, and a message was left with little info, no name of company, no ref number, so i jest let them call over and over, see I trully feel bad that I took a loan, and could not keep my arrangment, butt!!I lost my job a week after taking the loan, Its been 10 weeks and still I have not recieved my first unemployment check, so I have no money to pay them anyway, they call 6  times a day, they are rude, and there not even the original company I took the payday loan from. The best thing for me is to not answer, because I am not going to get all worked up over something I can't do anything about, at this time. good luck everybody, I am glad I put this number in google and read all of theses comments, because now I know I did the right thing by not answering.

how do you know these people are rude if you dont even answer your phone? That just doesn't make any sense. Understandable that you dont answer your phone though, collectors are scary people.

After reading the advice that was posted on here I decided to call these people back. Alas, I must admit I was kind of disappointed, I was kind of expecting monsters after everything I had read on here. The lady I talked to was more than competent in helping me fulfill my obligation and even allowed me a settlment opportunity to pay back my debt. It was a small step, I admit that and I have a lot of digging left to do but I am thankful that there are collection agencies out there that are willing to work with me. Don't listen to the negativity posted on here.

i have rec'vd numerous calls from this company, they have harassed my supervisor at wok,my sister,my friends,my neighbors with their unwanted threatening calls. i have informed them they are in violation of the ftc rules for handling any debt collections, i was told to shut and listen to
    shanon,michelle, melissa.
none on them will mail me requested info, explaing the debt, where to mail
the payment. all they want is my bank card number, or visa or mastercard.
they are bunch of hoodlums themselves.

    Hello,

I have found this site and am appalled that all these posts have been here all along and have never seen any of them.  "just a single dad"  please call me personally and let me know the number that we are calling I will remove the phone number, if you ever have the funds available i will help you come up with a plan to help you.  I only read a few of these and understand that my name is being drug through the mud along with several people that work here that are all unsubstantiated claims.  I will say though that sometimes when you are in a bad situation we seem like the bad guys.  I would like any complaint regarding anyone from my company to be directed directly to me so that I can take the appropriate action.  Please feel free to email me directly mpowell@nrsllc.net or call me directly at 877-721-0117.  I will make every attempt to resolve the situation.  I will continue to read the remaining posts and monitor this site.  Please contact me directly with any issues regarding the conduct of my company.

They cannot arrest you for anything.  They are simply trying to collect a debt they can try to sue you but even then a court order just states you owe the bill.  These are the "scare tactics" that give the rest of us a bad name.
