Can someone please tell me who they are?

My caller ID is 1-000-000-0000 and they message is return call to 888-673-8490.  Are you getting the same thing?

Let me know if you figure out who it is.

This people are Driving me crazy They call everyday. They don't leave any message and it comes in all 000000000. And when I answer it no one is on the other in.

Same here, the call number keeps coming up as 000-000-0000.  They call up to four to five times a day, and today is the first that this 888-673-8490 popped up.

I called the number back.  It is Nuvell's automated dialing system.  When you answer, the system puts you in a que, and the next available customer service person answers.

Enough already this is phone harrassment.

My 12 year old daughter keeps getting calls on her cell phone from this number day and night. No message is ever left.

it is Nuvell financial,  they seem to be Experiencing problems... i get a call every month from this # about my truck payment.

If you are getting these people calling you. Pay your bill. It will stop.

It is not harassment when you owe them money. They are simply trying to collect an unpaid debt.

The 12 yo probably has a phone number that was in use before she got it. They lost the phone and the number was recycled. Nuvell still has it in their system as belonging to the person who took out the loan. Simply speak with them and they will remove her name and number.

They never listen!!! They just say "whatever liar" and use curse words and shout and call my 12 year old daughter a deadbeat!!!!! Then when I get on the phone they curse ME OUT TOO. I am getting my lawyer involved.

I wish it was that simple.  I have explained over 9 times that the number is wrong.  The operators often hang up or simply "yes" me.  The service is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I have asked for a supervisor and everytime I am told "this will be forwarded to another department."  

Although I have never missed any payment and would never talk to Nuvell directly, I have decided that will never patronize any company that associated with Nuvell.  And yes, I am researching their clients.

Sue Them under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act for up to $500 per call to a cell phone

my loan is with national auto finance. i miss 1 payment (out of 17) by 14 days, NOTIFY THEM it's coming, & yet i get harassed day & night on my job, at home, etc. from a company i have NEVER heard of. how the hell do they just give your acct over without even letting you know!?!?!?! nuvell has low-lifes with NO phone etiquette working there. the rep i got told me i shouldn't have spoken to a customer service rep at national b/c i'm in collections. HOW THE HELL DO I KNOW THAT IF NO ONE TELLS ME!?!?! stupid idiots.

the number 888 673 8490 constantly calls me after i have personally told a few of the operators they have the wrong number. i have also stated if they continued to call without taking me off their calling list, i will report as harrassment

I also get called several time a week for someone else. Since telling them they have the incorrect number did not work,  I have put them in my call blocked numbers with my cell service.

The number belongs to Nuvell Financial also known as National Auto Finance Company.  I have a car loan with them and on the fifth day after my payment is due they call me.
