- George Humphreys| 2 repliesNuvell Financial calls and insists I'm late with my truck payment. I'm actually more than a month ahead. Nuvell insists that I'm 20 days behind. I have a bill in front of me from Allied that clearly states my next payment of $482.15 is due on March 9 2020. Nuvell is screwed up, inaccurate, and ignorant. Perhaps a class action is in order.Nuvell

- LinelanderCaller ID noted: TOLL FREE CALL _ A message was left regarding an unknown person (not at this #). I did break my rule about returning calls, & because of all the 800notes postings listed here, didn't wish the calls to continue. I was able to actually talk to a representative of "Ally Financial" at the searched # (888-673-8490). I just put in a series of zeros when prompted for personal info. & the system put me through to an actual person. The rep was very apologetic & told me they would correct the error. WE WILL SEE.

- Retired Librarian replies to KateGo under at least 2 names: Nuvell Financial and Ally Financial and probably Ally Bank (incorporated in Delaware). Some online sites claim they are debt collectors Their rating is very low with many complaints and at least one lawsit against them. Generally considered to be scammers.

- Donna Juana DiScallsA caller with a name that couldn't be understood left a message that was mostly unintelligible due to poor sound quality, mispronounced recipient name, etc. She didn't explain why she called, but requested a call back at 888-673-8490. She said they're available every day between 7 AM and 12 midnight Eastern Standard Time even though they're on Daylight Savings Time currently.

- 888-673-8490SCAM! No legitimate business conducts themselves like this. Immediately asks for social security number before they validate the call. Refused. Failed to prove any personal identifying data to spam call. Then they cannot find the account in question by phone number and claim a mistake has been made and they cannot find an account, apologize for any inconveniences but still call everyday. I have no accounts with Ally or car payment. Block them.
