    Calling for someone who used to sit at my desk and hasn't worked there for over two months, at least twice a day for the past two weeks. I have been answering each call and waiting for someone to pick up the line in order to tell them that this is not a good number for him and have been told three times that they are removing the number as a contact. Calls continue.

    Funny thing is, I work for a collection agency though I'm in Accounting (nothing to do with calling debtors). Our call floor would never continue to call a job site if told the debtor doesn't work there. Pretty poor practices.

    When I answer, a recording says to hold for a very important message. I answer the switchboard, do not have time to hold...so I just put them on hold.

    I have received calls from this company DAY and NIGHT for WEEKS.  I never have used their company and in fact Vanessa or Unice Valdez who is using them should pay them what she owes them!!! I have told them TIME AND TIME again that they are calling a business line and they are RUDE and promise that they have removed my # - YA RIGHT as they call the next day.
    Got the "MGR" on the phone named Ryan Paul (who happens to NOT be born in AMERICA but has a very "American" name) and he was the WORST customer service one could ever deal with.  I will call harassment charges on this company if they don't stop, it is LUDACRIS!

    Yes it is harrassment when the calls come only 3 days past the payment date and the calls are made 4-6 times a day. That is harrassment.

    It's National Auto Finance. They call about your current car loan, or try to get you to sign up for a new car loan. They call my house all the time

    This number calls my work at least 2 to 3 times a day for someone who doesn't even work in this office.  I've called twice to tell them they are calling a business and the person they are looking for doesn't work here.  They told me I would be removed from the list...but guess what?  I still get a butt-ton of calls.  Go figure.

    They continuously call my workplace and hang up when I answer the phone. 2 calls before 9 a.m. already today! Annoying.

    Also, I should add that I do not have a car loan and I can't even figure out who they are trying to reach since they always hang up. What's the point of calling?

    This is definitely Nuvell aka National Auto Finance. They WILL call every day starting when you are 4 days past due on your payment. They are the absolute worst pain in the rear. Most companies wait until you're at least 15 days past due to start pestering you. 4 days is insane. It's not normal or customer friendly by any stretch of the imagination.

    You obviously have your car note through them and are more than 4 days past due and that's why they're calling. They will be relentless until you make payment arrangements. They also call from the following numbers;

    513-878-4920
    513-878-4915
    866-234-7866
    877-688-3550

    This Ally or Nuvell Auto Finance calls me constantly. Someone else had my number prior to September, 2011, and Ally is one of several collection and finance companies looking for this person.  I've explained to all of them that I'm not that person, but Ally is the only one who still calls. Today was the last straw. I received THREE calls from Ally today.  I finally told the last caller that I'm not the person she is looking for, and if I get one more call from Ally, I'm taking legal action.  What part of  "you have the wring number" don't  they understand?

    Obviously you are with the company if you are that passionate about on time bill pay. Only a company itself would post such a comment. The rest of the nation is in -if you haven't noticed- a recession. Unemployment has sky rocketed and the nation is at it's poorest. Maybe you can pay your bills on time, the rest of us have to choose between food and shelter for our families.
