Anoying soliciter and I want them stopped!

Yes they are annoying! They harrass me also...what if there is afammily emergency and they are on the line! I want them stopped! And off their bothersome list!

I don't have money to pay them. I told them last time that I think they should repo my car. They agreed to let me put my payment on the back of the loan. But since I haven't been able to get a job, i've been unable to pay. I have a job but I don't start until January 28. I won't  have money until February 11 or so. Well, I am going to try telling them this. They will have to either wait for money or spend money to repo. I am thinking they will wait. Who knows? Companies can be greedy and completely not give a crap what your issues are. I will have to see.

I have no loans and for some reason this company keeps calling me twice a day. The last lady I spoke with told me to give it 48 hours before I am out of their system. I don't buy it. I told the lady she better be right because I am not putting up with this

I am investigating calls made by this number (from either Ally Financial or Nuvell Financial) to people who have no loan with them.  In other words, people getting debt collection calls to the wrong person, particularly if you receive the calls on your cell phone.  In my experience, I understand they make calls every day at the same times.  If you would like to discuss it further, please call me at 225-383-3796 or e-mail at cjones@kcwlaw.com.

That depends.....when I can prove 3-7 calls a day even though I gave them a date when I would catch up...yeah that's harassment........If you don't agree post your home ,work  and cell number here....I'll put you on auto dial.....and for the record a bank in Florida  just got sued for 700 calls in 3 years, bet these hacks beat that

I have a car loan with ally. These are their goons. They call Sunday and holidays too. 7am until 11pm. I've never been late once. Had loan over 3 years. Call before it is even due. Answered today to tell them off. Recorder every few seconds says please hold for a very important message. Been on hold over an hour. They need reported tell me how.

It is Ally Financial, theyare calling because your car payment is late.

This is Ally Financial.  I am SO SORRY that I am financed through them, and at the first opportunity I have I will Re-Finance through someone else.  They are horrible.

Could also be SCAMMERS spoofing the caller id and PHISHING for personal info. Always call directly in situations like this!

Alli financial collections whe your over do on your car payment less then 10 day from due date.  Will call 6-8 times a day.

We are a car dealership in Fort Worth - have no business with Ally, never have - they do not speak and I am not holding long enough for them to connect.  Calls everyday - I am now disconnecting as I recognize the number.  Very annoying and wasting my time.

Both my husband and I have gotten calls fromantic Ally about our car payment. And each time we tell them we will pay on a certain date only to have them call again with a different representative. I don't think these people have a flipping clue how to do business and just like to harass people. And beware...we've gotten calls from these numbers as well...ALL listed as Ally Financial in Google searches: 877-931-0679 & 888-803-3174. Apparently they love using multiple numbers to get around call block apps. Idiots. I can out wait anyone. I waited out one junk debt buyer for 3 months and another for over a year. All I can say to these fools is...Bye Felicia!! LOL

Caller ID says Nuvell Financial.  When I picked up noone was there.  Probably call center using a dialer.

I work for a hospital and I got two phone calls from that phone number asking for " Arcay" in a middle of 2 traumas I had to stop my job to answer the phone twice today. They keep calling and we do not have a clue who the hell is Arcay

Your trauma work is a heck of a lot more important than a freaking phone call! Hope I never have you if I come into the Emergency Room
