A friend of mine just got a second call from them, he said his name was mr. holt and that I had applied for a job with them and wanted me to give them a call at this 888 676 9872 number so they could set up an interview! I own my own business, I don't apply for jobs anymore, their mistake.
She was smart enough not to give out any info to them. So I guess that they will say anything.
Oh and I owe no money to anyone.

I keep getting daily phone calls from this place on my cell phone for another woman. I have had this phone number for a year + and the calls just started. When I try to call them to tell them to stop calling me all I get is a busy signal.. It's quite annoying.

Capital one has now stopped calling me!! We lost our home in hurricane Katrina - NO we were not a family asking for free handouts, we left when there was a manditory evacuation - this is why our government does this to protect our lives, after all that is all that is really important. Well, when you evacuate normally we take 3 sets of clothes and we have to PAY to stay in hotels for all of our family which is huge. THIS time was very different, we could not come back and breathe a sigh of relief. Our home was behind the local high school that got 11ft water, we built up, our yard had 11ft our home had 5 ft inside.Many friends were not even that lucky - some had over 20feet of water,mud and sludge, we lost several dear friends and family who chose to stay- they were just swept away in the water. YOU [***] CREDITORS HAVE NO CLUE WHAT IT IS TO COME HOME TO NOTHING LEFT AND NOW ONLY OWNING 3 SETS OF CLOTHES A HOUSE FULL OF MUD, SLUDGE, FISH, SNAKES HORSEFLIES AND FLIES AND A GOD AWFUL STENCH FROM THE WEEKS OF ELECTRICITY BEING OFF. YOU HAVE NO CLUE WHAT IT WOULD BE LIKE TO NOT EVEN HAVE A CLEAN TOWEL, SIMPLE ESENTIALS LIKE SOAP, WARM FOOD AND MOST OF ALL CLEAN WATER TO DRINK. So all you creditors can kiss my ass, we did what we had to - to try to restore alittle peace in an insane situation. You try peeing in the woods in a bucket for 2 months - we stayed at our daughters 30 miles inland and they did not even get electric for 2 months - yes I said 2 months,. try fighting people over gas for your auto so you can get esential supplies from 4 hours away including a generator to run your water well. We rebuilt with loans we took out, we are in our 50's and bought our insurance 30yrs ago- yeah guess what? it did not cover but 1/3 of our loss - you try coming up with that kind of difference to REPLACE EVERYTHING YOU OWNED. Our house was only 3 years old that we had to rebuild so dont tell me I got a new house out of it, my house was new. Well in getting all our essentials I managed to max out credit cards we got loans and now have 2 mortgages at age 50 something. my home will now not be paid until we are 80 or dead whichever comes first from all the stress and now the harrassment from [***] like this!!!  HOW WOULD YOU [***] LIKE TO WEAR SOMEONE ELSES CLOTHES FROM SALVATION ARMY OR WAIT IN LINE FOR HOURS TO GET FOOD WATER SOAP AND HAND SANITIZERS FROM WONDERFUL CHURCH GROUPS WHO WERE THE ONLY ONES THERE TO FEED US. YES WE WOULD HAVE PAID FOR THESE ITEMS -BUT WHAT YOU ALL DON'T REALIZE IS THERE IS NONE WITHIN A 4 HOUR RADIUS - EVERYTHING I MEAN EVERYTHING GOT WIPED OUT.

You are doing a disservice by talking smack to and about people, it just proves our point.

PDM inc has an F rating with the Florida Better Business Bureau due to their many complaints and unresolved issues with customer service and business practices.  Most of us have had direct contact with your companies employees and I from previous experience can say change your name because you are not professional and your BBB rating speaks for itself.

I wonder how they would like us to call and leave messages on all of their extensions and bug each one of their bosses up their entire chain of command?
Eric Holt has called my work numerous times with an important message, an important legal message and was told not to call anymore, called supervisor, reception, and my voicemail.  Was told not to call anymore and did again, the very next day.

He called my sister in law and me on home lan line within minutes of each other.  Why because he did not know how to reach me?  I am across the country from Florida-3 hours difference.  He was calling early in am.

Is extremely rude, judgemental, and will not take no for an answer even when I am on a work call on other line and work for a state police agency.  I told him I am on an important call on the other line and work in a call center for said agency.  What do you think the receptionists thought when they got this message?  The implication was that it was an emergency.  Since I do not get personal telephone calls at work-what would you think?

They use this verbiage to get past the receptionists.  If you are still having issues, keep the voicemail recordings after they are told not to call.  Tell everyone that they have called and bugged that should they call them again that they should say, "They are so sorry, but they are in no position to help them and no they do not have any further information and no they will not take their messages anymore.

these people called my place of employment today and asked for my father by name. my coworker, who answered the phone, did not know this man was my father, but knowing my last name, wrote me a note about it. when Kimberly Smith (phone # 1-888-676-9872 ext 1173) called my place of employment, she described my father as "an employee". i am not sure if she meant that he was an employee of that place or my place of employment, but i can assure that he is not employed by either place. i would like to know where the hell they got MY work number, and i really wish they would not call MY work looking for my father

Got a call from 904-398-0080.  Wish I knew who they were collecting for.  These places are usually not worth getting involved with.  They don't keep good records and even though you've paid them, they show you haven't.  It's a tremendous hassel to prove to them you've paid.

Hi, I have been getting a call from Mark Seabrooks at this company. Called and said that I skipped out on my rent from an apartment I never even lived. He called several times a day and said the name of the apartment. I went to the apartment complex and told them to call him and advise that I never lived there. I called him back and asked did someone call him because I went by the apartment complex he indicated, and tell him I never lived there. He then said not they didn't but let me call them and I'll call you back in 15 minutes...Ok...Im still waiting on a call. Tell me as much as you can about this company because If I get one thing on my credit report, Im going straight to an attorney.

I got a voice message from this number this evening.
They said if i did not contact him (Grant Ward) immediately..the matter would be turned over to Harris
County. I tried to call back but only got voicemails. I have no-idea what this is about.I have unpaid loans,
but , cannot pay them back at this time.Do i need a lawyer?

I keep getting calls at work from these people.  I don't know who they are.  I wish they would stop calling my place of employment!!!!  I have filed a formal complaint with our legal department.

so I just got a call from my mom, says that somebody from this company called her and told her that I needed to call them asap, so I called and this guy, I dont remember his name, said that it was from an apartment complex that I owe 400.00. I owe them b/c I moved out w/ just a 30 day notice and not a 60 day notice so they charged me a month of rent. I told the guy that I do want to pay this debt asap and asked if I can mk an arragement to pay 100.00 next Fri when I get paid again, he cut me off and asked for my work name, address and #, I told him that I don't see why he needs that, he already has my home and cell #. He said he is trying to update his info, I told him again I am not giving him that info so he can call me at work, he VERY RUDELY said that if I don't give him that info that I can keep my 100.00 and save it for an attourney and hung up in my face!! What the hell?? I am a collector myself and [***] like this give us a bad name! I do want to take care of this debt b/c I don't want it going on my credit, but because of his attitude and unwillingness to take my arrangement I can't even set up for a payment!! I called my mom and told her that if they call again, tell them not to contact them anymore. And I want to know what their address is because I am sending them a letter telling them not to contact me at my home or cell, or any of my family members. I will contact them when I am ready to make a payment. I don't understand how they are even still in business conducting themselves this way, something needs to be done about this. I am contacting the BBB.

If they call you and harass you contact FTC.Gov and file a complaint immediately.

you are a credit counselor, your worse than a collector. you job is to charge a debtor money to do what they can do for thewmselves for free. you feed off the bad rep that collection agencys have, you act like your so pure telling debtors about how bad colletion is. ENOUGH, its bad enough we Debtors get harrased from collection agencies but now your type of consolidaton, counseling [***] services want to take the $$ we already dont have and promise us that you wil help........ listen people i went to this counselor and all they did was put all my $$ in a pot and when i finnaly paid them enough, 150 a mnth for 12 mnth then they told me that 3 of my creditors wouldnt settle and that they kept the 878.00 that was left over for their coinelors fee (bonus check) and i started to get call from my creditors i tried to call the so called counselors and they told me they cannot help me becasue i am not with them anymore due to credtiors not willing to settle forwhat they want. so i called the creditors and they told me the couselors demanded a settlement that was so low that their was no way it would be approved im talking i owed 11,333 to sears and the so call conselors offered 250 to sif.   i could have done that for free

If you would pay your legitimate bills you could keep our country strong....but instead your probably the same people who blame all the politicians for our financial crisis.
