Actually no. Please read up on your laws. We have a right to sue as we didn't open a line of credit with your company, never signed a contract. You bought debt for penny's on the dollar, to make profit. Your company paid my debt. I did not sign a contract with your company, therefor if we were to go to court you would fail to provide proof of said debt contracted. Also, harassment is against the law. Not only can we can press legal charges against you, but so can our employers and relatives you continue to contact.

This company came after my child because she messed up and when I called the George Alexander he was the rudest person. I’m retired and a veteran and I’m not going to be spoken to like that by anyone. I hung up on him then proceeded to call the company who hired them and told them I can clear this up directly with them or they can sue me but my daughter and I are not dealing with this unprofessional company ever. The lady seemed very upset that he spoke to me in such a derogatory manner. By the way there is nothing professional about these people.

This number calls almost every day, sometimes several times a day. I never answer unexpected calls and only return them if you let a message. It appears that they are a debt collection company. Since I have no outstanding debt that isn't being paid off regularly, I guess I'll keep waiting for their message.

Just a debt collector that buys old collection accounts. BLOCK and DELETE. They are rude and don't deserve to talk to anyone. Just BLOCK every number they call from. Have your family do that as well. Simple. You wont ever hear from them. They call on old accounts, so of course they want to get every little cent that isn't even belong to them.

Received seven relentless phone calls from from Tom Smith from 888-676-9872 ext 1111.  I let it go to voice mail to see if he is going to state what it is about.  But no, he never does just says that it is extremely important that i return his call.  I haven't returned the call since he never bothers to tell me what he is calling for.  I think seven calls is a bit excessive and if it were legitimate i would have received notice in the mail to call the number, which i never did.

17 calls from this place.  And i realized it's a recording because the message he leaves is exactly the same, "This message is for ------ -------, This is Tom Smith it is very important that I speak with you, I can be reached at 888-676-9872."  He never leaves says the name of the company he is calling from or any details what it's regarding.  I blocked the # but for some reason he can still leave that annoying message.  17 calls, that's a bit excessive.
