Reminder call for a scheduled power outage in my area tomorrow.  No idea why they don't leave a message but it's not phishing or SPAM.  They have sent me letters and emails about this outage for the past 2 weeks.  They are doing a good job of informing everyone, but leaving a VM would be nice, I agree.

Got called twice. No message. Don't know who the f**k it was. If it was EDISON the a** h***s should have left a message. It has been raining here steadily here since last night. About an inch or more. Cutting off the power after a big storm s a very STUPID idea!

Message about an upcoming electrical outage

Up until recently, this type of maintenance was done while energized, which requires extremely competent personnel.  As the workforce dumbs down and Cal-OSHA and the PUC ramp up their regulations, the utilities are no longer allowed to work energized except during emergencies.  Hence the outages.  Definitely safer this way and who needs an employee injured or killed?  None of us, so live with the maintenance outage.

I  got 2 calls from them and i live in Kentucky, we don't have California Edison. I don't answer calls if I don't recognize the caller.

They spam called twice in a row! ANNOYING. BLOCKED!

2017 and Edison still hasn't fixed their phone system, apparently. After three calls I decided to see who the number belonged to. Glad I found all these posts or I never would have called them back to discover my power will be out all day in three days.

I saw them doing work last nite down the street from my home. They called 4 times today!! Leave a message if you don't need to speak to someone! Because I don't answer numbers either.

I've seen 2 of these calls amongst all the robodials I get on a daily basis.  I have been notified of a power outage so will answer next time to get this number to stop calling me.

Call today, didn't answer, but I know that SCE is outage tomorrow.

Got a call at 12PM and no message.  Got another call at 3PM and this time  Southern California Edison left a voicemail regarding a local power outtage which i've received in the mail.  Wish they left a message the first time.

It's Southern Calif. Edison  Power outage in our area.   There is no way for them to leave a message on unanswered calls.   fyi

8-8-17 12:31 PDT CID "TOLL FREE CALL" SO. CAL. EDISON uses two numbers to call to alert of a power outage in your area. They are; 8007596056 and 8887596056. I have received calls from both of these numbers but have them blocked. I only trust getting a letter in the mail from them. SCE will always send you a letter that references "Your Outage# so you can check online or call them. My letter references this number to call for info on outage. I am sure that the spoofers/crooks have got these numbers and are using then to try and trick you into giving them personal info. This number calls us several times a day. We never answer. Annoying.

called three times did not leave a message

Called 4 times today.  If this is SCE, why don't they identify themselves on Caller ID and leave message about upcoming power outage?  Senior Centers advise, "Don't pick-up unless you know who's calling".

Called my cell several times without caller ID today. Find it out SCE in the web. I don’t understand why it cannot leave a voice message which makes much easier.
