I got the same call. They wanted someone to be home who was over 18 years old to collect legal papers. I have no idea who these people are and what it's for,  At least, she was polite.

Received msg today 3/12/19 saying the exact same as in all the previous notes above.
They left # 866-993-2816. I looked them up and found all these Scam msgs this company left trying to scare ppl into thinking they'll go to jail or something!

You'd like people to call them & report "It", wouldn't you "Stephanie"? Perhaps I will. I'll call them & report to them that the entire 'net is aware that they're low-life, bottom-feeding scum. I'll let them know that people are aware that they attempt to make Shill posts & that they're too inept to fool anyone except the very, very few people who are more intellectually than they are.
Don't be too excited "Stephanie". You won't know when I'll be calling & it wouldn't do your crew any good if you did. You see, "Stephanie", I know more about the tricks of your "trade" than you do. You won't have the slightest chance in hell of tracing where I call from. Even if you could, it wouldn't do you a bit of good. You'd be chasing your homely backside in circles for years. They have called and left voicemail for me as well with the same tactic need to deliver Legal papers by Friday, and they referenced my deceased Sister's name in the message.  They want someone above the age of 18 to be able to sign. They blocked their number when calling, but left this number on the voicemail 866-217-9277.

Any further update on your call? My call was from a different number, but they left a msg saying the exact same thing!

Same as everyone else.  I never answered the phone, just heard the voicemails.  A letter came today staying I owe $5000 for breach of contract with a bank I’ve never used.  Have no plans to respond.  If they do contact me again or anything happens, I’ll post an update.

Just received a call from a restricted number which I chose to answer. Same message, guy tells me that he works in the file room, envelope is sealed and he really can't divulge what's inside of the envelope but he has an idea.  They want to send me documents to appear in court regarding a civil suit.   Yea okay...thanks but no thanks. I knew it was a scam from the beginning!

Received the same call- total scam and John Fredrick’s the “ manager” very rude. Do not give them any info !!!

My 19 year old son, who lives 800 miles from me, just called me and said they called him, looking for me and they left the same message everyone else is getting. They left a voicemail, someone named "Thomas", that I had a civil complaint filed against me, left the case number, and that I needed to ask for the Pond Dept. WTF is a pond dept?!? They didn't leave a number to call back but he said the number it came from was 866-217-9277. I told him it is a scam and block the number.

Same as everyone else is saying. They have papers that  need to be hand delivered to me.

No caller ID. Recited personal info and call received on my unlisted number. Voice mail left saying the same things people say in other post here. “Johnson Smith and associates, call before suit is filed, from someone named Ashley Ross. No doubt in my mind it’s a SCAM

like wtf?! they keep calling me. someone named karen called me and she sounds so scripted. legal documents? my gripe is you keep calling me private and telling me i will be in default if i don’t call. this place is a scam, just read the reviews. i suggest ignoring these freaks. i got a letter stating breach of contract for a card i already settled 4 years ago. nice try! i will find you guys.

Same as everyone else’s Scammers!!! block do not answer let them send legit  paperwork in the mail or better yet let them file let it go into default and you fight them in court!!!
