I get constant calls from this number. They are Telus sales agents trying to sell you one of their services. They don't take no for an answer, even when you tell them not to call back they will continue to do so. I recommend blocking their number.

This number calls me every few days. No one is ever there when I answer. I am getting very frustrated as it keeps continuing on.

They (and all telemarketers and scammers) don't leave a message about why they are calling because they can't sell what they are pitching to an answering machine ...

It really bothers me that Telus has the nerve to call and solicit my business. I was a long-time customer and then they screwed me. When I tried without success to fix the problem, I paid off my account, mailed back their (now ancient) equipment as directed, and cancelled their service at the end of my contract. Months later I get hit with constant debt collector calls for a non-existant "unpaid balance" that had somehow ballooned to close to a $1000. I just repeatedly told them to take me to court because I knew they couldn't win but it haunted my credit report for yrs. So Shaw has now had my business for about 10yrs. and around $25,000 or so, and I'm still in the same place I had been for 15 yrs. with Telus. If a 3rd. service provider entered the Calgary market I'd give them a try but Telus will never get a dime from me again ...

A scam called multiple times a day. and they won't stop calling

Not correct! I received a call today (left no message as others have experienced). I have not had any Telus products in my home in years (including cell phone) so I do not think they were calling for follow up installations.

Call. No voice message. Not Telus customer. Enough already! Somebody using Telus number for scam. Isn't really from them.

This number has called numerous times but always around 7 and during he week; I never answered. The fact it just comes up “8888112323” no dashes at all is fishy enough. Glad to know I’m not the only one being bothered by it at least. But I finally answered today and said nothing... made sure my background was silent and just sat there... took a few seconds but I got a guy saying “hello?? ...Hello??” Then I hung up. They didn’t call back. Googled the number and it seems to be surround Telus. Annooyyyiing.

The number is also in the header on the call display instead of a name. This is what spoofers using VOIP services do.Telus uses offshore telemarketing boiler rooms formerly in India and now in the Philippines to market services because they are too cheap to hire Canadians. These boiler rooms are also engaged in fraud calls. It could be Telus calling or it could be spoofed. In any case if you give them any personal information you can expect to have your identity stolen down the road. Tell Telus to use local services or do the work themselves.

Got a call from this number and I don't subscribe to Telus.  So much for customer service or follow up.  Sounds like a scam.

Got a call yesterday afternoon.  Let it go   to my answering machine, but they left no message.

Periodic calls from this number for the last 2 months. Voice mail is never left. Originally the CID showed Telus Cust Sup, then it switched to Telus Security. Yeah, sure.
Some background research shows this number has been widely spoofed as well as being Telus off shore sales pitches. Blocked the number.

I am getting several from above phone number, I understand this is a scam call.

A woman named Arjit stated she was with TELUS in two voice mails she left for me on 2019-03-16(Sat) at 4:59 pm and 5:16 pm. She called regarding my "TV box" (PVR and/or set-top box) that was registered to my TELUS account profile but was being used by somebody else (different IP address?). I have had two ARRIS wireless digital boxes replaced over the past six months so I suppose it is possible that TELUS refurbished the ARRIS wireless digital boxes that I had problems with and used them for setting up TELUS Optik TV IPTV service for another TELUS customer. Arjit@TELUS's said in her second voice mail that the TV box registration issue has been resolved so there is no need for me to take any further action. I did notice that when I checked my profile last fall that it still showed my original ARRIS set-top box, the replacement ARRIS set-top box, and the Technicolor set-top box that was installed after my second ARRIS set-top box died after two weeks of use.

If you already know who called you, why would you look up the number? Anyone getting a legitimate call from this number would have no reason to come here.

I thought it was a scam/phishing call and went too 800notes to check the telephone number and comments when my phone rang again and the caller left the second voice mail.

I keep getting calls from this number and it obviously isn't Telus calling about my instillation or service as I do not have an accouunt with Telus and therefore have had nothing installed.

Number has called everyday, sometimes twice a day for the last 3days. Call display says Telus, but they never leave a message. If it is Telus, it's a shame they're spending all their time soliciting new business instead of answering help calls from legit customers.
