I had been getting them, too. I went into Kohl's to have them check my account and they did not show any problems.

Kohl's Department Store.  I think they are trying to collect money from someone that gave my phone #.  Even though I have told them that they have an error and I don't have a Kohl's account, they keep calling every day with a recorded message.  It appears to be robo-dialing.

I got the calls too.  When I called in to the 888-814-3555 number, there were options to enter account number or social security number or speak with an operator.  I kept hitting the 0 to talk to the operator and it kept asking for the card number or social security number.  I continued to hit 0 til I spoke with someone.  I told her I'd received calls to call in "but I question the validity of these calls."  She asked for my phone number (the only information I was willing to give) and I could hear other operators in the background.  She told me, "Your number was called in error, I will stop the calls."

I don't actually believe that was Kohls that I called.

Got several calls from 414-257-1975 with a voicemail response to call 888-814-3555 (Kohls) - lady tells me she was trying to reach someone by the name of Eric. Wrong number. Claims she'll remove my number. Let's see if it works. I don't have a Kohls account.

I have received these messages that say they are from Kohl's. Called the number and an automated female voice wanted me to give them my account number or social security number. I did not. Sounds to me like a fraudulent call tyring to get my personal information. I have notified Kohl's and am awaiting a response from them. Don't give your numbers out over the phone!!

got a call to call this number, entered crap 0's.  operator for kohl's credit card payments past due.  Seems legit but they really need to not make it act like a scam!  Kohl's should work on being more legitimate from the start...robo-calls from unknown callers don't look legit at all.

Received home voicemail asking me to call Kohl's Department Store at 1 888-814-3555.  Call sounded suspicious so I did not return call, but did check Kohl's Customer Service contact numbers and found nothing close to this.  Checked this site and based on others' experience, now believe call did not come from Kohl's.

1-888-814-3555 left a message saying it was kohl's. I called the number and they told me I won a $100.00 gift card that would only cost me $4.00.  Needed my credit card number.  I hung up, called back then they told me I had won a $600 gift card and other things for $2.00.  I called back aga in using *67 and they said the number had changed and was now a 900 number.

I've been getting the same calls leaving the same number.  NOBODY should ever call you and ask for that kind of information.  It's definitely a scam!

I believe these are fraudulent.  Anything you can do to put a stop to these calls would be appreciated.

Received a call asking me to call this number for Kohl's department store. When I called, the automated attendant asked for the last 4 digits of my account number do I hung up.

Have been getting calls from 903-593-8790 and 414-257-1975.  I got four alone today.  I called back the 903 number and they asked for my name and I said not, but to take my number off the list.  They said they would, but here is hoping.

I got the voice mail tonight - original call was from 903-593-8790.  The voice mail asked me to call Kohl's at 1-888-814-3555.  Strange, I do have a Kohl's charge but have dealt with them before and it is usually not from this number.  I looked all over Kohl's website and that number is not a registered number from them.  I believe that this is a simple phishing scam, intended to target a general audience in the hopes that they get someone who has a Kohls' Account.  Then they get you to give your account number and last four of SSN and they can change just about everything on your account.  DON"T fall for it - it is a SCAM!

I received a call from 262-703-1977 earlier today, too.  I didn't pick up and let the voicemail get it, it was a recorded female voice telling me to call Kohl's at 888-814-3555.  I double checked my account balance online before calling the number, just to make sure nothing was late.  Everything is up-to-date.  I called the 3555 number, anyway, to see what was going on, and it didn't even ring on the other end - just immediately connected but with silence/static, like I was on hold, on the other end.  I thought maybe I had misdialed so I hung up and tried it again, but the same thing happened.  Just on a whim I typed the number into Google and ended up here - sure glad I did!  Now I'm not going to worry when/if I get a call from that number again!

Have gotten 2 calls from this number. They ask for last four digits of my social security. Punched in random numbers and they put me on hold. I just hung up. Not sure what it is other than annoying.

I got a message asking my to call Kohls at 18888143555. I looked up the # & appreciate the Info people have left.

Just got this call - checked here but called the number.  Automated message, "please enter the last 4 digits of your SS#.  I entered 1234 (not my #) response, "not a valid number, please enter your account #.  Then I hung up.

We are also getting calls from 414-257-2335, 2 to 3 times daily. The messages say it's from Khol's. If so I am cancelling my account which is 0 anyhow. This has been going on for 2 weeks, we are also on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY and I plan on filing a complaint with them.

Too bad that the "Real Kohls Department Store" can't post this fraudulent information on their Official Kohl's Website.  I actually didn't call the number until today and only AFTER checking my Account via the Official Kohl's website.  WOW when I called the automated voice told me press 1 to give my account # and 2 to give them my SS#,  YIKES LOOKOUT DON'T TO IT.

My balance is zero and my payment wasn't even due until tomorrow.  I had called Kohls before I called the number and, of course, they just said that wasn't their number and they didn't even advise me to NOT call or anything.

So BEWARE this is a BAD number.  Again I wish Kohls would post fraud information, just like Craiglist does.
