The money you spend suing Charter is the same money you could be paying your Bill with and then some...You might actually come out cheaper just paying your balance off and or cancelling

its not charter i called them myself its not them i get calls everyday several times a day . i answered once said hello and heard what sounds like a call center alot of people with accents talking then all of a sudden the one on my line started singing in another lanugage.  i listened to the back ground and heard english and some other language  maybe india

The National Do Not Call Registry does NOT apply to bill collection.  Charter is pretty lousy with customer service but I've never heard a single legitimate story of them sending out fake bills.  If they're harassing you, take proper steps like contacting the FCC, but don't make up lies so your story looks important.

I picked up and nobody on the line so I hung up on them.
If it's Charter, they can be std at times. I paid my bill last month over the phone like I usually do yet the kept calling.

Calling several times at odd hours.  I've picked up and answered once or twice, but there's no one there.

Actually, THEY AREN'T Charter. Charter Communications released a statement awhile back in 2012 on their Facebook page that this was not them nor were they affiliated with them.... Please check your facts before attacking people.

NO, my bill is paid in full, and I received a call this morning and one yesterday! However you can block them on your phone. You must work for Charter!

Got 2 calls from this number today within 2 minutes, didnt answer either one. I just got a new cellphone a few weeks ago with Verizon so I don't know why Charter would call me when I don't even have an account with them.

Fyi: The 'Sales Dept' harassed me more than once a day for Months, years ago, trying to get me to sign up for their phone service, so plz don't talk about what u haven't experienced. I called Spvr's, etc., & it was Ridiculous!! Happened 2 me.

Yes, it's Charter. The  number is unidentified and the message they leave is so loud that it echoes through the house. It's not my answering machine; their call volume is jacked all the way to the limit.

Originally they called three days ago as a payment reminder. I had forgotten to pay my bill, and as soon as I realized it was Charter I logged in and paid my bill. They no longer have any reason to call me but they are still calling me half a dozen times a day and leaving messages on my machine that I need to call them. I've complained about this before to them but they don't care. They say that it takes 48 hours for their system to recognize that I have made a payment, which I think is ridiculous.

I have not and do not have an account with Charter. After receiving three calls this morning within a few hours, I called it back and requested my number be removed from the unknown delinquent account. They said it would take up to two weeks to remove it. I find it unacceptable to continue receiving calls at this rate while they process my request. We live in the digital age, there is no reason why I should be harassed for two weeks for this. The previous owner of my number is still actively using the number. I get calls all the time for their unpaid accounts or library books. I have never had an issue with any of those places putting an immediate stop to my number being removed. I will definitely be reporting Charter if I continue receiving calls like this.

I don't even do business with them but they keep calling me telling me I owe them money.

I keep receiving calls from888-901-0293. It rings twice and then stops. No messages.

Oops I just pooped my pants while reading these posts
