    On March 26, 2016, this phone number called 6 times (857am,1137am,151pm,154pm,422pm,424pm), I answered the 1st 3 calls (1st two, said hello 3 times to dead air - 3rd call, hung up on as I said hello) after that I stopped answering - On March 28, 2016, this number called 6 times (647am, 923am, 1116am, 1238pm, 109pm, 215pm) again I answered the 1st 3 calls with the same results as above - On March 29, 2016, this number called 13 times (649am, 902am, 1031am, 1212pm, 1241pm, 124pm, 126pm, 348pm, 518pm, 726pm, 748pm, 811pm, 853pm) I answered the first two .....

    This is Charter Communications - Yes, they are calling from the billing department - Why are they calling and harrassing me, The bill is not due until April 6th ... Why is there no one on the line when I answer the phone or why am I hung up on when I answer ... This number has NEVER left a voice mail from me to contact anyone ...

    I spoke to Charter today and advised them that I will be contacting the FCC and Better Business Bureau in regards to the harassment ... And even today (so far) this number has called 3 times including while I'm typing this (716am, 10am, 1111am) considering I found out this number is for Charter based on the information I found here at 800notes.com and I called Charter today at 1010am and reported the issues and this number is still calling me

    They called me seven times today, so far. I have that number on the reject list. Seems like it is phone stalking. Prior to today, they have been calling three times a day, morning, afternoon, or evening.

    Charter Communications is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!  I have paid over $200.00 this past month to them but, since I have a past due balance of 100.00, they are HAUNTING ME for that damn $100.00. I finally told the guy to "cancel my [***]" because I am so fed up. I love my TV and internet but not shis much...to be harassed by Charter Spectrum. They promote such good customer service on their commercials but they are totally pathetic.

    This number has called at least once a for about 2 weeks now. They NEVER leave a message. I called the number back and it's Charter Spectrum. I'm assuming they are calling to offer us a new package, since one of our "discount rates", if you can even call it a discount, will be expiring at the end of next billing cycle. I just wish that people who call would leave a message, at the least. It makes their company look better and I would be more willing to call them back, instead I feel harassed! Not a good way to conduct a business!!

    Just bought a new cellphone and after few days this number call me every day.. When it is charter, I never had any kind of contract or business with them. So I just blocked the number but the talk every day once on my voicemail and said we have something important to discuss..

    Smaller towns are left with little option if you need fast internet for work, TV, etc. Service wise, I find them pretty good but as soon as you're late on a bill they start calling. The squeaky wheel gets the grease.

    Unknown Chicago number is calling my cell phone daily, and leaving an automated message which includes their number and a request to return the call.
    From the reviews, it seems this is Charter? I have never had a Charter account. How did they get my number as I'm on the DO NOT CALL list, and I have NEVER conducted any business with this company? This is frustrating.
