- Bee replies to Me| 1 replyIt doesn't matter if she made a payment recently. It doesn't make the debt active! After 7 years of the original date it first went into collections, the debt can be removed from the Credit Bureau by request in writing, online or by mail. Now, as for getting those calls to stop. You must call them back at the number they provided in there message. As soon as someone picks up the phone you calmly say that this call is being recorded. You want to talk to someone in a management position. If they transfer you or not you you proceed with the call, you say, " I am putting you on notice that you are not to call my number again... OR sell this debt to another company as though it has any value and if you do, YOU and your company will be held liable. bye bye now"
- secret replies to Beeunfortunately it does not work like that. it doesnt seem like you know anything about collections. even if it falls off your credit bureau.. it is still collectable-DONT GIVE ADVICE IF YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT!! "bye bye now"
- secret replies to this may help| 2 replieshow about instead of blocking the number you just pay your bill.. its a very simple way to get the calls stopped. YOU racked up the debt so YOU have to pay for it. people that are in debt and are rude to collectors are being rude to the wrong person. dont spend $5000 on a credit card if you cant pay it back..ITS COMMON SENSE!!!!!!

- ArnoldPartners in credit inc 888-730-6333 is a fraudulent collection agency doing for work some of Canada's biggest companies. They use illegal tactics and harassment to try get money out of people. Many of whom have never had these debts or accounts because this is a company that buys several chains down the line, meaning they bought some info, not a really a debt but the info only from another company like them that was not able to find or collect the individual. As time progresses, the scammers behind this and other agencies alter the data, inflate prices, and lie so they can sell your info to the next agency down the chain. If you're ever contacted by them it is best to ignore them as their entire business models depends on collecting information. If you get their letter the last thing you want to do is call, they record your voice, your number, location etc.. If you do get a call from them just block the few numbers they have.
