Threatening me about money I owe. I owe nothing. This is as an and will report to do not call list and block the number. If it continues I go to the police and will press charges.

try calling the legal  clinic, they assist individuals on welfare assistance such  as ODSP & OW. as well, sometimes contacting your local MPP is also helpful.
side note, if your  friends wheelchair was purchased thru ADP, the ODSP does & will cover the cost of repairs.  She can contact her worker for the process, or have a vendor come look/ assess/quote then forward it to ODSP for approval.   For utilities, she should have / or should apply to the OESP Ontario Energy Savings Program....  google it on line and complete the application.... available to ODSP / OW people as long as the acct is in your friends name... strongly recommend she apply, she'll definitely notice a positive difference.  Hope this helps your friend.

Just received a letter from them requesting large sum of money   I asked by who    they informed me by a bank   I never had an account with     I told them they smelt like a scam     so I contacted  said bank    mentioned there name and was transferred to the fraud line    hmmmm

They are totally relentless!  I'm just going to block their 905#, I've already blocked the 855# so we shall see what happens!

This place calls multiple times a day. Typically starting anywhere from 7-715AM! Weekdays/weekends. Unnaceptable call hours. Has been later than 9pm as well. Never answer due to voice mails left you typically cannot make out their name, the company or call back number. Along with not providing any information. If ya want a call back. Let me know what it is in regards to. Or you will never get an answer. 2 voice mails left I could make out were very demanding, but still.. could not make out the persons name or extension.
There must be some rules or laws with the hours they are trying to call at.

Sure, there are laws. But like all other criminals, these scammers simply ignore the laws. Since that's the case, have you considered blocking the number?

Financial fraud ring attempting to obtain banking information.

They started calling me in early 2024 under this main number and a few others.  They left a few voicemails under this one. Were looking for a married man and woman i do not know and claimed to be calling on behalf of a bank i have no dealings with. I decided to try a cease and desist letter.  I did not include my name. Haven't had an issue in almost 4 months now (since they got the letter).
