I received a call too and when I called the number back there is a message that says: "This number is not in service".

This has to stop.

I only give my cell # to people I know and it is my personal cell, I don't want to talk with those people.

I just received a call from this number on my cell phone.  I am a Bell customer.  The phone stopped ringing after 3 rings.  How disappointing and annoying that they have access to so many cell numbers.

Got the call 3 rings no message left. I'm on Rogers.

Just got call on Cell - didn't answer - I don't answer numbers I don't know. I figure if it is important they will leave a message.

This number has called three different cell phones I know. Something about rewards points?
I hung up. Could not understand them.

You've won 250,000 Airmiles Canada press 1. I did, then asked if over age 25 and if you got a valid credit card. I recognized the hold music from the scammers who say you won a free trip to Cancun or wherever from before. Then I get transfered to another person who says welcome to Cancun Vacation. Oh no this was it, I heard it all before as I have taken that call all the way to the end before. It ends badly, you won a trip but you gotta pay almost $500 in fees and pay with your credit card. Meaning you gonna give your CC info away over the phone to someone in a call center in INDIA. So he sleeps well at night because every sucker is a months pay.

Do not sign up, Do not give your CC info away. Do not believe the lies, I 100% guarantee they are not connected to Airmiles. They will take your money and who knows if you get the vacation you paid for. So do not believe the lies.

Same thing! Just got called and tried to call them back but the phone doesn't exist apparently!? My number is a BC number but I'm going to school in southern quebec...but only for 2 weeks....how'd they or whoever the heck they are get my number!?

Numerous calls from this # over past month, sometimes twice a day...I even tried texting back "stop" as they MUST if you do that (by law), but then got a weird response, & in both official languages no less... how thoughtful of them, and how intresting as if you PHONE back its not in service (?). Anyways for now all I think I can do is ignore, delete & acknowledge that all this new technology is a little over-rated...

Most definitely fraud.  They call and ask for your credit card number.

Just got this call on my cell and answered and waited a minute but nobody said anything so I assumed it was some sort of telemarketing or scam.

just got a call 2 times but was not around to pick it up.

I too received a call from this number and did not answer it.  I then searched it on the net and found these messages.  Thanks to all who post these messages.  Thankfully I have a Shaw digital phone line that has a "call block" service so if you see a number that you don't want calling you, for all of you that have Shaw, you can dial #60 and then #01# and the last caller that called you will be added to your "blocked callers" list.  I love this feature!

I too got a call, surprisingly on my UNLISTED number, pressed 1 just to give them a piece of my mind, somebody with a weird accent was at the other end & hung up on me as soon as I asked who they were.

The other day I got a call from this guy with an Asian accent who wanted to make my computer go faster by giving him all my info so he can access it from his location. Like that was going to happen. I told him I don't own a computer & he hung up on me!!!!! What a surprise.
I'm so sick of these calls!!!!

Its pretty bad when you can't evan answer your own phone!
