I just got the same on my cell. Obviously random dialing

I got a call too, but never answered it as I was busy. After reading these comments, I've used my Contact list to call this number "Scam Call" so if it comes up again I'll know not to answer it.

I just got a call from 1 905 917 8989 - did not answer - annoying to say the least - did not recognize the number - I am in Vancouver - area code 905 calls are always suspicious  - telemarketing - by the way did you guys ever get calls re recording message - about winning a cruise ???

I just received a call from this number as well. They called on my cell which just happens to be an "emergency use ONLY" phone and I don't give the number out to ANYONE!!!! I knew this was a scam so didn't answer. Be warned however, that if you press 1, your next phone bill could have HUGE charges on it. Don't press 1....call your phone provider and notify them IMMEDIATELY especially if you did press 1.

Saw the number on my call display. Ignored it. I am not one of Pavlov's dogs jumping for a bell.  no message left.

Just got a call on my cell.  Automated message saying I had won 250,000 Air Miles.  Hung up.  Definitely a telemarketing scam.

This number call me again and again. What is the purpose of this call number owner? He/she don't know everybody has known it is a scam? How fool he/she is!

I just got a call from this #. Thaks to all the postings. I will save the # as "Don't Answer This", so it won't confuse me next time.  Thanks everyone!!

Don't call back they ding your cell phone

Got the call, some kind of Airmiles points crap, push 1 to claim your prize.

Answered the call.. first they said something about air miles and then went on to laugh and tell me my credit is now messed up and they stole my identity. Scary...

got called from this number on my house line and private cell about 'winning 250,000 aircanada areoplan miles, please press 1 to accept", when I called the number back it was 'opps disconnected' so someone is ghosting the number.

Just got a call from this number here to Vancouver Island on my cell phone.
I didn't answer, came here to look it up! We get tons of scam calls on our
landline phone at dinner time, this is one of the few I've ever had on my
cell at this time.

Scammers! These calls to our cell phones are getting way to common lately.
Wish I could just reach out and grab them by the throat.
Something needs to be done about these lowlifes!

I just saw that number on my phone display at work.  I thought it was one of my business associates, and I called them back before realizing the number didn't match.  I wish I had a way to screen out this number.

I got 15 calls from this number on my work phone at Dominos yesterday, all within 15 minutes of each other. Then they called me on my cell phone, don't know how that works. I didn't answer it because I was working, but I wanted to check it out before I called back. Good thing I didn't.

Just got this too.... missed the call.  not assigned when I called back.  I'm in northern bc as well, but I have an Edmonton number.   weird. (bell cell)  husband is police, ill let him know too.
