Ignored the voicemail.  I don't have an Amazon acct.  But something similar happened with my  ATT account.

Jan 7, 2020, same call, same number to call back. iPhone noted, back to $799 through Amazon.  You would think the scammers would change around the details so not so easy to spot. So laughable the scammer has a very low intelligence and is too lazy to become more sophisticated.  Nice to see this item on the Internet and we have such a tool we can enter this return phone number and immediately see everyone who’s posted to this topic about it being a scam. Took me only 30 seconds to realize this was a farce. Even if not noted on this link I would’ve called Amazon directly and checked before I ever called this phone number or believed this hokey robocall.

The only reason you know about the details being the same is because you looked it up and ended up here.

Same thing happed to me today 1/7/2020.  We were BOTH smart to just call Amazon from our info, not the phone message info! GoGirls!  LOL!

I just received this exact call word for word.  I am so not calling!

The robo-call claimed to be "Alexa" from "Amazon," and stated that an order for a $700 iPhone was placed for shipment to Dayton, OH.  The robo-call further stated that if I had NOT placed this order then I was to immediately  call   the number above to stop the shipment.  Instead, I logged onto my Amazon account and found no order was placed.  Glad I did not call those 'crooks' !

Said my $799 order will be delivered in Dayton, OH.  If wrong call us, etc.  Scam.

Got the same call from 818-225-5345. Had me call 910-387-0865. Talked to some guy who spoke poor English. Saw right through him and asked him to tell me what account was charged. Of course, he couldn't answer.

Just had a call claiming we placed an order through Amazon for $99 to be delivered to Dayton OH and telling us to call 9103870865 if we suspect fraud

Caller left this message, “ Action is required for successful delivery of your product if you did not place this order immediately call Amazon billing and fraud protection department on 910-387-0865 I repeat it's 910-387-0865 thank you“ Like another reporter,  I did a lot of my shopping this year on line on Amazon, and so I too had to stop and think was there anything that hadn’t arrived yet, but there’s not, and that is not the number for Amazon fraud!

Voice message said action was required for successful delivery of my product, and if I did not place the order to immediately call Amazon billing and fraud protection department (910) 387-0865.  Caller ID showed a different number (818) 225-5346.

Rec'd the call stating Amazon had order on a cell phone.  Didn't trust it and checked online... thank goodness for this post!

The call went to my voice mail, so my caller id protection might of pushed it there.  I got a message saying they were from Amazon's Bill and Fraud department and to call them.  I called Amazon instead and was told it was a scam and that Amazon would of contacted me via email.  I will block the number

Got the same phone message from 910 387 0865 --- Just got the same call. ..Mine was only $791. To be delivered to Dayton, Ohio...

I got the same call about an iphone order on my account. I'm glad this forum exists so that I did not call the number back

Just received the same call regarding an Iphone being shipped to Dayton Oh.  I did call back but hung up after the questions he asked would have no bearing on things.  Actually logged onto my account as normal as he kept trying to get information from me and he said I cannot handle it by logging in but rather by entering his information into my phone.  What a nut job!!!!

Said they were from amazon and an iPhone was ordered under my name. Amazon never contacts people by phone. I did not call this number back but contacted amazon who verified it is a scam.
