I just got a msg saying that my Amazon order for a $990  IPHONE, was being shipped to Dayton, Ohio and if this wasn't mine, then to call immediately 910-387-0865. So, called the number & duh, disconnected even tho original caller ID was from Sherman Oaks, CA: 818-325-3321. So confirmed no such order with Amazon just to make sure - while feeling relief I avoided a scam, I'm pissed off that I even had to take precious time to hunt this down - the "jerks" that keep putting us thru this.............

call received 2/28/2020 from Sherman Oaks, CA 818-325-3321 with same scam message about $799 iphone ordered on Amazon being delivered to Dayton, OH. Can't authorities catch these crooks?

Got the same message. I have not ordered anything in a while so not falling for it.

I got a call from this number stating a $799 iPhone XR has been ordered through my Amazon account and to call them back if it wasn't me. Nope.

Same fraudulent call today as others have reported.

Got the same recorded message about a iPhone ordered for delivery to Dayton on my Amazon account. I looked here FIRST assuming it was a scam.

Got a call saying Iphone been charged on my account from Amazon for $799.00 going to Dayton Ohio and to call their fraud department if I did not order.. yea right, they can give me $799.00.
