NO one at this site is calling you.  Invest in a call blocker and do NOT pick up on calls you do not recognize.

Comenity Bank (called back to confirm) called asking to speak to FIL.  um, no...doesn't live here.  "well, we just spoke to him at this number."  ok, that's where I draw the line.  Clearly they didn't, as he doesn't live remotely close.  I don't appreciate being lied to and filed a complaint.  Told me my number was marked as wrong number  highly suspicious.

They call constantly looking for someone I've never heard of... They need to stop please ......

They keep calling me for days and days and do not leave a message.  Tired of the nonsense.

Its Comenity Bank, they handle A LOT of credit cards.  Comenity Bank has taken over so many credit cards and their billing and payment practices are unsavory. They hold payments, and apparently have the right to do so. Often holding just long enough to make it late, charge fees and then not crediting as the minimum payment thereby making your next payment late again.  They never leave a message, if you are late, and you know you are, just ignore them and pay it when you intend to.  Don't need a bully messing up your whole day. You know you are late, so handle it when you can.  If they are out of line and you are not actually late, get a lawyer, or tell them you have one, that will shut them up.

It's from Commenity Bank trying to collect a debt.

They keep calling and no mesg or name of who's calling, I don't answer if no name or mesg , if I call back using star 67 to hide my number it says number doesn't exist  I don't see anything changing until a law is past where all businesses are required by law to have the name of there business names come up and no more internet

I keep receiving calls from this number and anytime I answer it's just silent.

Harassment

This number may also be calling for a Gander Mountain CC being late.

Got a call, they actually left a message this time, I don't answer calls I don't know... I have visual voicemail which gives me a transcript of the voicemail, this one said “This is Community Bank calling in reference to Verizon it's important that we speak with you as soon as possible please have ****** call us at 855-957-3119 again that number is 855-957-3119 thank you from Community Bank…” 1st - the callback # is diff than caller I'd #, 2nd -  Verizon doesn't use a bank for their customers, & 3rd -  my Verizon account is currently paid in full so even Verizon wouldn't be texting or calling me. this is falsified and purposefully misleading information to harass me into answering next time they call or to call them - neither of which I'm doing,  and I'm going to see if I can fight or sue them to get them to stop harassing me which is against the law.

Calls continuously never leaves a message. No company name. Tried blocking but STILL gets through.

This number as well as many other 913-312 numbers, all of which have the same origin, Comenity Bank, calls numerous times a day and night. They have been calling under the names of people in my contact list. How can this happen?

They call and never leave a message. Every call either comes up unavailable, woman within credit, Victoria's secrets or romans. I have never had a credit card with any of these places. If it is me they are looking for they should leave a message

Thank you for posting this list. I would want to know if I missed a payment on something and if I had, wish they WOULD leave a message telling me. I don't have accounts with any of the ones that you listed, so now I have no problem not answering that call.

That list was posted in 2014, 4 years ago, and it might have changed or it might have been inaccurate when it was originally posted.  If you truly do not have a credit card issued by Comenity Bank, then you should be sending them a "not me" letter by certified, return receipt mail, which should stop the calls.  In addition, you should also do the following:

First, you should make a complaint at this Federal Agency, and while there you should also read up on how debt collection is supposed to work as well as what your rights in this matter are:  http://www.consumerfinance.gov/

Same here. I opened an account with bed bath & beyond and they use this company. I paid my bill immediately for the one and only charge I made to buy a gift. Opening the acct gave me a gift certificate to use. I used part of it to order a couple of things leaving a credit in MY favor that I have never used. YET, now somehow I owe $100 worth of fees for using the account. Now, I am being harassingly bombarded by phone, sometimes up to 20 calls a day from several different numbers. I block; they do another number-often calling 4-5 times in rapid succession because I also now have my phone on do not disturb. They’ve figured out that 3 times from same # if not on favorite will come through in case it’s an emergency from a number I don’t know. And apparently this is all effing legal. The interesting thing is the company has my home address and email, so why am I only being harassed by phone?
