keeps calling and never leaves a message and im getting sick of beging woke up at 5.00 am by them calling it needs to stop

Called, rang once and then disconnected. No message left. From reading the posts, this is a bill collector from Maurice's Credit Card.  I missed/forgot one payment in the last 12 months and they are calling!

obnoxious people who don't seem to talk to one another. If  u miss a dang $20 payment and then pay in full, they continue to call and be rude. Ass-----.  Have they never missed a payment?

I have been receiving calls from this number for weeks. They call and hang up just in time for my phone to say that I have missed call. So I am never able to answer.  Which I would because I do not have any credit cards with them if that is what they are looking for.  I just wish that they would stop calling.

As for the rest of you that are evading the call because you chose to purchase something on account with them then you should let them know your situation and try to work with them. You bought there for you owe.

By not paying a debt that you owe all you are doing is hurting yourself.  So you may not be able to pay the monthly amount but I am sure that if you were to make an effort that they would stop bothering you.  You will not win.

These people call me from THREE different numbers, up to SIX times a day. I answered once and told her id make my payment once payday hit. The idiots will not leave me alone! Granted, I know it's my fault that I missed ONE payment due to other bills. But damn. It's harassment at this point.

So, I always pay my bills on time and have never had an issue.  I recently opened a "Bill Me Later" account and it occurred to me today that I needed to see when they had a payment due date. I logged on and it was due 6/8, so it was four days late.

I have received EIGHT calls from this number in 3 days. I checked google and it is Comenity Bank. I logged onto their website to see who they own because I couldn't think of any card payments I'd been late for and lo and behold, they own bill me later (I made a payment this morning as soon as I realized my payment was FOUR DAYS over due and they called after I posted the payment). Eight calls for a payment I overlooked by four days???? It is a 35$ payment....get real. I will not be using Bill Me later again. If you go on Comenity's website, you'll see they own many accounts including Victoria's Secret, Ann Taylor, New York and Company, Bill Me Later, etc....

This is a call from Maurices, trying to collect a late credit card payment.

I called the number back and it was camenity  I listened to the different companies they listed, but I have no credit with any of these companies.  I have 3 credit cards, 1 I don't use.... Plus i have student loans but I am paid up to date on all my credit cards/student loans.  Not sure what their beef is..

Call them back, press #9, and give them hell!

I just want to say I have 2 credit cards through the company and they always blow my phone up weeks before my payment is even due. So irritating. I'm paying mine so why do they have to keep calling like I'm late it something.

I got the phone calls from 913-312-5184 and 720-456-3698 yesterday and today but I missed the call, finally I picked up the call today and the woman said I missed four payments for my Loft credit card. I told her it is impossible because I pay my bill on time every time. However, she insisted they didn't received the payments and asked my address then they can send me the statement and tried to set up auto payment for my account.  My husband talked to her and told her our address but had doubt so I told her I can check my account and statement online, I asked her to give me her direct phone number I will call her back, she said she will transfer the call to their customer service but the phone didn't get thru. I worried this is a scam so I called the Loft credit card's customer service and asked them what's the problem with my payment, the lady said I don't have any due payment. If this collector is real and represent the Comenity Bank these people are very dumb and did a bad job, they didn't check before they call the customer, the Comenity Bank should fire these people !!

Charter Communications is a cable company we have our cable with them.

Robot call always the same a couple rings then hangs up...  Tried calling back I get weird sounds... No human...  Gasp!...  It may be those aliens I read about....

Who do you work for the collection company?  Maybe something unfortunate should happen to you so you get the harassing telephone calls from people like you.  There are a few dead beats that is true but there are some people that run into unforeseen circumstances and struggle to pay their bills.
